Great prices on beer, really clean store and great customer service! Had the honor of meeting Halim at the register and he was so kind and genuine, I hope GM at this location recognizes good workers like Halim, I will be back just based on the great interaction I had with him, cheers - Josh

Always avoid bait-and-switch dishonest locations. I stop for gas but rarely go inside the store, twice they started to overcharge based on posted price, so I went a year without going inside. Went in today and this time they demanded I pay more than posted price, so I left, permanently Not a big sale, buy-1-get-1-free for $3.49. Guy at register says it is 2-for-$5 then asks for $5.74? I want to door with posted sale price, took a photo and went back to show it to guy at register. He refuses to honor posted price and turns to woman sitting behind him. I show her this photo as well and she tries to take my phone away from me while saying no. I walk her over and show her that her store has this sale posted. She looks at it, again says no, then stays there saying and doing nothing more. I was not paying 35% more than posted price - not to mention whatever they do to get extra money above the sales tax. Stay away, they are not honest people.

Pretty rude people working in the store. Really pushed hard on the buy 2 get one free deal. I didn’t want it because I won’t go back again. The folks working the actual car wash are nice and did a good job on my son’s car. The guy in the store is not cool.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just plain RUDE. Bad attitude, no type of charisma or customer service. Would absolutely spend my money else where. They don’t deserve customers.

The service is diminishing. Saw few new personnel who seems to not care. Put it this way, if I go for a war wash and come back home to vacuum and clean the car again myself then it was waste of my money and time to go this car wash. Instead of focusing on selling car wash booklets, management should focus on improving the current services.

The rudest cahier here named padma veryvery rude watchout she. would tell you all here frustrations in life when you were just asking for the restroom i would recommend the gas station but to get something in the mini grocery is a bad idea!!!

I gave 2 stars because at least when I forgot to ask for a bag, and said never mind because it was my bad to not ask for it first #10cents he silently gave me a bag. But c'mon man!! People come to West Roseville for happy people. This ain't East Pali Alto. Take your crappy "I don't care" attitude somewhere else! #KeepWestRosevilleHappy Like always I reserve the right to change my review when the situation changes.

So I went here to get my Jeep Wrangler washed. I purchased the most expensive wash at $41.99. When the service tech flagged me over when my Jeep was done, I noticed that he had not wiped down the wheel wells, bumper or tailgate. On Jeep Wranglers, they are black plastic and tend to look faded from the sun. A quick wipe down with armour all, or whatever they use for the dash, usually helps to bring back the luster and shine and whenever I go to Justin's carwash it is just standard that they wipe these down. This is NOT the case at Circle K. So I inquired about it and the gentleman that wiped the vehicle down informed me that this is an extra cost. I told him that I purchased the Extreme wash, the $41.99, the most expensive one and I didn't understand why that wouldn't be included in that as the wheel wells, tailgate and bumper are all part of the vehicle. He said, "let me see your reciept!" I proceeded to show him my receipt and he angrily said, "Let me talk to my boss!" While he was off checking with his boss, I climbed in to my vehicle, only to find the floor mats were still dirty, the cup holders still had sticky stuff in them, both the ones in the front and in the back. The back seat still had debris that obviously had not been vacuumed out. The dash and doors were not wiped down, etc... In other words, I got a $42, oh wait, make that $47 with the $5 tip I gave and I got a mediocre exterior wash. So the guy comes back and said that the boss said no and I would need to pay extra for that. Ok, so I deal with that, I didn't feel that it was good customer service but I dealt with it. So I then showed him the dirt on the floor mats and seats and the sticky cup holders and he said, "Oh you want me to go ask my boss about that?" Really? You couldn't just take the rag you had in your hand and wipe it out without asking your boss? Unbelievable! So I said no, I didn't need him to do that. I was in a bit of a hurry and honestly just d*** founded that he had to ask his boss about wiping my cup holders. Was this not part of the $42 wash either? So I told him that I wasn't very happy and I would be going back to Justin's from now on. I would not be back again. He said Ok and walked off. Wow! Great customer service once again. So I called and spoke to the manager of the carwash and needless to say his customer service wasn't any better. He did offer to wash it again but he said I would need to pay extra for wiping the wheel wells, bumper and tailgate, which again, is part of the vehicle. But whatever, it fell on deaf ears. Never did he apologize for anything and seemed put out by my phone call. I then told him as well that I would not be returning, his response, ok! I don't know why I expected something more but I guess I had a little more hope when talking to a manager. I guess he doesn't care anymore than his employees.
