βI wish I could remember the names of the staff who helped us because several of them were just amazing. Yesterday, 8/9/25, my daughter and I went into the store. She picked out several items to try on, and the staff were so helpfulβfinding the right sizes, helping us locate what she wanted, and even pairing things together.
When we got to the fitting rooms, one of the outfit zippers broke, and my daughter was so sad. We grabbed another one, but that zipper was messed up too, and she ended up in tears. The staff were incredibly kind, reassuring her it wasnβt her fault. They offered to either give us the outfit at a discount or order one online and ship it to our house. They were so apologetic and genuinely sweet about the whole situation.
They even went the extra mile to find another outfit, checked to make sure the zipper worked, and made sure my daughter left with the one she wanted most. I just have to applaud the young women working there for being so caring and patientβit really made my mom heart happy. We had such a great experience and will definitely be shopping there again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for all their helpβit was truly appreciated!β
βWe went to Nordstrom, Aerie, Hollister, PacSun, Abercrombie and Buckle last today. None of the other stores had employees ask if we needed anything at all or we couldnβt find anyone on the floor. Suzy at Buckle who I think was the store manager was AMAZING. She came up to us and asked if we needed any help, pulled sizes, introduced herself and checked on us multiple times in the fitting room. It didnβt feel like she was trying to make a sale but genuinely wanted to help! We left with 2 pairs of jeans! Definitely is someone who cares about her job. Thank you Suzy!β
βNot only are the clothes quality and at a great price point, their customer service is exceptional. A special shout out to Maddie, who provided a level of service that will bring me back again and again! I told them they're going to have to staff and stock double once Salt & Straw opens!β

βWe visited Tommy Bahama in The Fountains now that they closed their location in the galleria. This location was bigger with more selection. My husband fit into their XXL sizes and now in their larges since he's dropped 70 pounds. He liked their styling and fit at both sizes and I like the way he looks. He's comfortable and the clothes are machine washable which is a HUGE plus. This store loses a star because of how expensive everything is. A men's polo shirt is over $100. At least it looks good on.β

βSo Iβve been going to this Roseville Burlington since October. The LP was always nice. Well ever since an incident happened 19th of February 2025 her attitudes has changed. For about a few days now she will not welcome me in. She actually just ignores me and doesnβt speak to me. Iβve noticed her (R) saying hi welcome in to people before me or after me. We did have an issue where she thought she is a boss telling me and another lady we will never get another blanket. The new GM is going to have a new policy on certain blankets she stated. I just believe she needs to learn her job is Loss Prevention not trying to control what people buy there. She goes in back of stock room and I know whatβs happening back there. If you Burlington want the whole situation please contact me. This LP needs to be retrained or put at Walmart to be a greeter. Thanksβ
βBest ross around the region! The auburn location SUCKS and always has. This is a clean, well stocked and well staffed place. The auburn location has more LP watching on the floor than staff to help or check out. Always super long wait times and unfriendly staff. I'll drive down the hill to this location ANYTIME Before going 1 mile to the auburn store.β

Mary turned a terrible experience we had with her colleague (an older caucasian woman, who should be reviewed by management for unfair treatment of a person with a special medical condition by not allowing them to use a family fitting room) into a pleasant one while remaining professional and accommodating.

βI don't usually go to Ross. The shoes section had so many cute sandals I got quite a few. I had been to this store a long time ago and the current staff seems much nicer β€οΈ. I do think it would be good if they had someone come in and super clean it but it wasn't too bad. I also found some great solar lightsβ
βMy son loves this store and shops there often. He really likes the employees he has encountered especially Dylan. Well today I went in to see if I could return a pair of pants my son purchased only a couple of months ago. The butt completely ripped. The manager (I think) told me he would do it this once and never again. He said rips like that happen from rough housing. My son is not a rough kid and they ripped while he was at a Spanish enrichment class so there was nothing crazy happening. I told him this and he smirked and shrugged asking me βwell do you watch him 24/7 to know that for sure?β His attitude was rude and condescending and I felt like he was basically accusing me of lying.
From my perspective, even if my kid was βrough housingβ, jeans shouldnβt rip after only a couple of months of wear. Jeans should be built to be durable. Especially pants sold and a clothing store marketed to skaters. He has jeans he HAS skated in and had for way longer and they didnβt rip like that.
The girl who helped me with the return was nice though and we did get our refund but I could have gone without the attitude and skepticism. Iβm not over here trying to get one over on Zumies to get free pants. I just think when you are paying the price they are, the quality should match and they should last.β

βI love this store. I don't like to be bothered while I'm shopping so I don't mind that the associates are busy doing other things. When I can't find something I want they help me order it online. They are always running a sale so I don't know about $70 tank tops (comment below). I also am a cardholder so I get coupons and deals weekly. I have a couple outerwear pieces that I've had for years. They never go out of style and they are still a fantastic quality. I also find it hilarious that this lady posted about not being able to come in because she didn't have a mask on. Are you stupid? It's not discrimination if it's state-mandated. You are exactly what is wrong with this country right now.β

βThe H&M store in Roseville Galleria is big, but I feel it needs to be remodeled soon. The store carries a lot of clothes for all ages and genders. They have a lot of accessories items in stock too. The cashiers at the checkout counter are fast. The line moves quickly. I think I saw a sign that said H&M will close for remodeling soon. I hope I will go shopping in a new store next time!β

I can see why theyβre the top rated clothing exchange store on Google. it was because of their Google reviews that I visited their store to shop & sell clothing. if you want to sell a lot of goodies, come around November. depending on what you have, they may be at capacity for Merch. which is good news if youβre shopping for quality on a budget!
