Abysmal customer service. I went in asking for lash lift glue as they have it on the website and I needed it in a pinch. Woman in front couldn’t even look up to help me find it. She was on her phone and said all our lash stuff is over in the corner. Like? Couldn’t even look it up to see if they had it stalked. I had to search for it and I never found it. Idk why they even have people working there.

Cosmoprof is my go to for professional products and tools. This store is a little small but always a pleasant experience.

Went in with my best friend to buy some box dye totally unaware of the fact that it was for licensed professionals only. Apple at the register was really rude and horribly uninviting. She very hesitantly pointed us into the direction of The things we were looking for, had a horrible attitude from the second we walked in, and was just overall a very unpleasant human to be around. I do not recommend.

The new blonde haired younger lady working was by far the most helpful and cheerful worker I’ve ever seen at cosmoprof and was incredible helpful and honest when she wasn’t very familiar with a product.

Had really bad customer service, two of the ladies were rude when I came in and bought an item. Took 10 minutes for them to go to the counter to ring me up for just one item while they are talking in the back. Then had to wait 30 minutes to buy an item under my mother's cosmo account. Worst experience and the worst workers.

I am not usually one to complain, especially around this time because I work in, not only the beauty industry but also, the retail industry. I know how it can be dealing with people all the time and I normally have the utmost sympathy and understanding. However; that also makes me feel extremely aware when the customer service is bad for absolutely NO reason! I shop at this Cosmo prof location because I live 5 minutes away and recently opened my own side business so it's convenient to pick up supplies and personal needs. I'm in there pretty frequently and always try and be super friendly to the girls working. If I'm being honest they have NEVER been that friendly from the start but honestly I normally looked that over. Today, however, I was soooooo uncomfortable with how bad the customer service was that I literally felt UNWELCOME in the store! I have never felt that I was unwelcome in any business I have ever shopped at haha so the fact that I felt that uncomfortable should hopefully tell you all to either pick a different location or just go to salon centric. I'm not giving another dime of my hard earned money to support a place like that. Especially not in this time.
