I had a disappointing experience at Costco when I approached an older lady passing out samples of children and women vitamin gummies. To my disappointment, she was very rude and refused to give me the children gummy. I'm pretty sure there's no downside to taking children gummy as an adult. I hope they reconsider their sampling policies to ensure that all customers feel welcomed!!

You know that line that they get you to buy the membership? Satisfaction guaranteed. If you didn't like your membership or don't get the full benefits, then you can ask for a refund of the membership fee. Apparently, not entirely true.

My weekly trip didn't fair well last night, as they were out of a lot of basics...like paper towels. But, that happens and it is what it is. Despite how hard it is to get in and out and how bonkers the parking lot is, I wanted to give a shout out to Derek...I dropped my Costco credit card somewhere in the produce section and when I finally discovered it was gone (as I was standing in line) I went back to retrace my steps through the store and started asking employees if they had picked up a credit card. Everyone was super friendly but when I asked Derek, and he told me he found it, I was thrilled. Michelle, the manager he turned it in to, told me that all members and employees are very good at turning lost items in immediately. So good to know! Thank you Derek...karma points earned!

Awful! Parking, over crowded, food court and workers plowing through customers, it's all a horrible experience!

I've been going to this Costco for a while now and it is probably the worst one I've been to in all the greater Sacramento and Yuba-Sutter area. It is so crowded, the people are rude, and the people that check your receipts take forever and waste your time. Now they have multiple people harassing you and yelling demanding that you show your picture on the Costco card at self checkout. I'm already stressed enough here and now I have to deal with this. It's incredibly off putting and not why I paid for this membership. Do better Costco. I hope management sees this.

My husband and I are in our upper 40s and our reading is getting blurry. We made an appointment and was seen quickly. We got all of the additional testing as it was a good value. The office girl did a few of the eye tests by taking photos. She was very friendly and helpful. We saw the doctor, and she gave us a very informed appointment. We were pleased with the help in optical very friendly and knowledgeable.

They never answer their phones. Earlier this year I tried to call them for a stock check and no one answered. Now I just called them multiple times for a stock check and no one answered. I would really love to buy a dyson air wrap there but don't want to drive 30 mins if it's not there. The website doesn't really show inventory that well.

There is this girl at the check out was so rude! As I was walking to the self check out, she didn't say anything. But she stopped my sister who is behind me for Costco card. So my sister told her that she has it and she kept demanding my sister can't be close to the self check out if she can't show her the Costco card. The funny part is that I'm already at the check out and she didn't say anything, but then she saw my sister walking towards me, she demand me that I should show a Costco card even we are all together. I didn't know that every family needs to have a Costco card in order to be at the self check out. Not only that, good thing I got my own. So I showed it to her and she said " it needs to have a photo on it" ...guess what? There is a photo behind my card and I showed her and she doesn't even want to look at it and she kept demanding us not to be there. And I kept showing to her " do you see this? This is a photo, can you see" she rolled her eyes at us after giving us a hard time infront of our elders and kept complaining to us about not having a card before the check out even we had showed her. Then she even said she will stand next to us the whole time to watch us. To make sure we are NOT stealing two items that we are trying to purchased. She was so rude! I don't understand why she is being like that and how does Costco train people especially during the holiday seasons. Nobody needs to be treated that way. Her name is Melody or Meloni however that spells like.

Costco always has what you need whether it's healthy for you that's debatable & the staff are super nice but some of the people who go to this Costco are very rude! I had my small pug service dog with me and she was a little stressed from all the people so she started to poop a very little bit in the store. I picked her up, took her outside while my husband cleaned up the tiniest mess. As I returned in the store, this rude older guy decided to tell me you should go clean up your dog mess and I literally just walked back into the store not to mention my husband already cleaned it up. He tried to give me a dog poop bag and he even cussed at me. It was like he was looking for me in the store. Talk about egotistical & very creepy ! if you shop at this Costco, just beware of the egotistical rude people who act like corporate robots shopping who will definitely run you over with their carts.

What did I do to have Costco question my integrity?! I follow their orders to show my membership ID and they think I'm lying? I have to pull out my driver's license. Then I'm basically told that I'm old? I've been a member since it was Price Club. Again I ask, what have I done for them to question my integrity? I sent a complaint through their app, but so far I've been ignored.

Costco today was amazing All service persons where happy, fast and efficient! The selection here is well stockedBathroom are clean and hourly checks done!!Checkout was so quickly and efficiently done it blew my mindParking is difficult for trucks, vans and SUV vehicles so allow time and give room for othersThe outside area is clean and well maintained The in doors give room for all to walk or motor threwSome interior staff have no knowledge where certain items are and the should have a computer check like Walmart for their people to direct customers who don't daily shop hereThank you all for the great job done by All staff here, it shows!!

Great place to shop till your heart and wallet desires. However, I wished the designed in parking lot can be better is why with the reduction in 2 stars. I often shop here sometimes, but hardly often am mostly go at the Stockton Blvd location due to the fact that it isnt crazy madness getting into the parking lot and navigating through the parking lot; and the gas station lines actually move fairly quick be in and out in less than 5min tops upon waiting in line to get gas. Now to tie back to this specific Costco location here at Stanford its honestly a hit or miss if you'll have the best experience, an okay experience, could be better experience, or just beyond annoyed experience. LOL!Cons:-Parking is ALWAYS packed regardless what time you go, unless its the first hour during the opening time at 0900. -Parking spaces are way too tight!-Not enough "return cart" receptacles in the parking lot. Therefore, too making carts are being left either in an empty parking spot or at the curb blocking a parking spot. BEYOND ANNOYANCE!-Not enough "Cart Attendance" checking the lots to ensure carts are being put back in the Cotsco building that members are too lazy to return. LOL!-VISA transactions only and/or CASH when purchasing inside only. Pros:-Gas Prices are fairly priced lower than other competitors out there. -Shopping for clothes are in great quality at lower priced and way better than Walmart. -The aisles are wide enough to maneuver between other shoppers.

Hard to go wrong- do you buy your clothes where you also buy your tires and batteries- and pizza? Then you shop at Costco too.

Hate this Costco, only went there to make a quick stop for some celebratory alcohol, we sold our house today! Cashier was Mr. Grumpy pants and informed me I needed another pack of muffins. I said would if I don't want another 6 muffins and he said same price and I am just cheating myself, and they would send me back at the door. I said fine paid the dozen, so I thought, and went back to get another six pack of muffins I did not want. Get to the door and says they forgot something. No worries figured out he never charged me for the muffins and watched while I walked out with it to my waiting cart. Stood there for another 5 minutes blocking the door while they called for someone to ring me up at the door. I got fed up waiting and just said take them back, this is ridiculous. A better way was to note who my cashier was, write him up for failure to charge and let me be on my way with my $9 muffins. Bad business. I have seen people return 10 year old pieces of equipment there that they take back and they won't let me out with some muffins. Will never go here again.
