Absolutely no one at the pharmacy answers the phone. And they do not return calls either. I’ve been waiting on refills for my prescriptions for almost 5 months. (I’ve got it done at other cvs’s thankfully) but it’s a monthly reoccurring prescription and they are the closest to me and every time I call to try to get it refilled no one answers and no one returns my phone calls either from their voicemail. I’ve been in and asked about the voicemail system but they treated me like I was a crackhead, and none of my prescriptions are for painkillers or opiates . I’ve been loyal to CVS since I can remember and I just moved up to Roseville a few months back and I’ve never experienced such an incompetent system for getting prescriptions and rude staff, which is odd because this rest of this town is so lovely and friendly. I don’t wanna say it’s prejudice, but after so many months ya kinda start to wonder ?

We found the cashier impatient and rude. The store was basically empty of customers yet our fumbling for a minute to find the CVS card and indecision on the price of the Dove at the case after they unlocked it annoyed her.

Found myself in numerous directions and full of stress. Check out gal was with the Christmas spirt. And was calm, kind, and understanding along with doing cash register duties.

Clowns. Pure and simple. We were at Rite Aid on Foothills with no problems for 20 years until they shut down and switched our prescriptions over here. Since then, all three attempts at getting our medicines have been failures. They can't figure out how Blue Cross insurance works, they don't have our auto-refill medicines when we need it, and they act like they're doing us a favor on top of everything. Wel'll be driving across town to Rite Aid off Douglas from now on.

This pharmacy is a joke. 4th time in 3 days i've tried to come to drop off a prescription, only to be shooed away this time because all 5 of them have to take lunch at the exact same time on a Thursday. Ridiculous.

After having a really bad experience at the Douglas Blvd pharmacy located in Target this was a blessing in disguise. The pharmacy and pharmacist were absolutely amazing. With everything I just went through they actually understood what I was going through and did everything in their power to get my prescription filled. They were understanding and had actually cared about me and didn't want me to have another bad experience. I'm definitely going to start going to this location to get my prescriptions filled from now on.

I have been coming to this CVS for the past 4 months. The pharmacy is quick and friendly. The store is clean and organized. I specifically come for the Pharmacy. Also you're not waiting on your medication for hours to receive it. So I appreciate the staff very much.

Pharmacy is awful. I've been there twice and both times they were "out of stock" of my medication. Very common ones too. Useless place do not come here.

I'm an MD provider. This CVS pharmacy does not accept phone prescriptions, only "e-scribe." Makes it easy for pharmacy, difficult for providers & patients. Customer service and working with practitioners appears to be a thing of the past for CVS! (at least in Roseville)

Pharmacist Emma is rude and inconsiderate. She will continually tell you to hurry up and that you need to finish your transaction now because they have lunch in ten minutes when there is no one else in line even though the person who is helping you is not done!! Zero stars terrible costumer service. Lunch in ten minutes????? Looks like your helping people for those ten minutes then?? So rude!!!!!

I agree with other members. I have been dealing with a very painful issue. I’ve been made to feel as though I’m not honest throughout the process. First, I was denied payment and was charged even though cvs confirmed it was truthful/active. Secondly, after 2 1/2 weeks surgery (mind you rods/screws - I’m asked for a treatment plan) This is an extremely and overbearing injury. I fell that the RX is unable to feel empathy at this point, especially when the MD approved. It’s obvious that the rx is not qualified and/or is not educated worthy type of injured. It’s very frustrating and overwhelming to deal with surgery, in general, but this as well. Needless to say, the rx wax approved yet I was charged full payment. Yet, one was reimbursed but the other was only 1/2 reim.?!?! This is an excruciating injury and I would like to know why this is happening for this type of injury. Furthermore, I have dealt with the same rx for minute issues. Is this truly to help better the patient and/or a person that is unable to feel empathy and do their real job.
