Very rude experience with the woman closing at the register. She was clearly overwhelmed or absolutely does not enjoy her job. Each customer I saw her interact with she was extremely rude to, including me. Visibly rolling eyes, getting “huffy and puffy” or being argumentative when customers had questions. She put no effort into hiding her frustration at the register. The customers who were cashed out by the pharmacist were very lucky, he was absolutely pleasant and helpful as usual. I didn’t catch her name because she didn’t wear a badge and had thick short bangs with a claw clip. Everyone behind the counter was busy, she was the only one who had an issue, no customers were rude to her. The pharmacist appeared to be filling meds, consulting with customers and helped cash people out, WITH A SMILE AND GRACE

If your name doesn't fit on their system your insurance will decline the claim and you will have to pay for your prescription out of pocket. (Tri-Care)

Friendly staff and they actually answer the phone (vs voicemail of other locations). Only refilled a waiting Rx for 1 week but didn't notify me. Found out after left for trip - could have had time to go to another CVS for complete prescription if notified at pick up.

Nice people but not enough of them. You can end up waiting for quite a long time if only one person is serving a long line.

I made 7 calls, 3 of which took 30 minutes each. On TWO of those 30min call, the line was picked up and then I was immediately put back on hold without a word. Second one I was just hung up on. When i finally reached someone, my inquiry was answered in less than 5 minutes. Isn't it a bit ridiculous that it had to take me 2 hrs of my time to get 5 minute of service from these "professionals"? Btw, this was an issue that the APP couldn't help me with, so i HAD to reach out to these apathetic aholes.

Coby and Allison are extremely helpful at this location. I believe everyone has good energy and create the BEST atmosphere in a very stressful workplace. This team has great customer service and you will feel very comfortable if you need any assistance with your medication.

The pharmacist here is kind and detail oriented. She phoned me directly when she saw a discrepancy with our prescription. The cashiers are also warm and friendly too.

I love all the people at this location. I have gone to this CVS for many years but more recently have they stood out to be amazing and have gone the extra mile. The level of service I received speaks volumes to a mom in time of stress. The doctor sent the wrong prescription and they called for me to get it corrected, TWICE! ♥️♥️ This is after they tried to negotiate a change of prescription since the original one was out of stoke everywhere. Thank you!

really helpful, kind staff. i came in needing a prescription filled with no insurance and the lady who helped me was able to get me the generic as well as a bit of a discount which saved my day. i only waited about 15-20 minutes for it to be filled and the pharmacist answered all my questions about the medicine i'd be taking and made me feel less anxious about it.

Been going to this pharmacy for years now since 2005. Watched it become CVS from Target.Good reliable service. Get all of prescriptions here and even our immunization shots.Colby and Lydia have been very helpful.
