Ordered eye drops online. I discovered they gave me the wrong drops. It was a Saturday, I'm driving around doing errands, so stopped in another CVS to exchange for correct drops but couldn't since the original CVS didn't mark it as a substitute. Went back to original CVS, and they were out of the drops I ordered. Did CVS just substitute eye drops on their own? It's not like substituting a different shampoo or brand of water. I'm literally putting this in my eyes. Of course the woman that finally refunded me thought it was no big deal. Said she'd let the manager know and offered me $5 instead of $4.33 refund on my coupon that was used. Thanks! that makes it all ok.
UPDATE: tried this location again, 6/9/24, since it's closest. Purchased a Raid insect light, supposed to contain light and 2 refills. Surprise, only 1 refill. Back to the store again.

people who give this CVS a low rating don't know how good they have it. every pharmacist is incredibly kind and professional and insanely patient with all their customers. always well stocked and all the non pharmacy employees on the floor are kind as well. I love this CVS!

I did give a 3 star ⭐ because the employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping at this store. My only problem is my coupons never work. They give them to me but they don't scan at the checkout. Today I bought $48+ in merchandise and I was excited because I had just received 25%off when I got my medication from the pharmacy. Self checkout. Coupon wouldn't scan, this has happened before. I believe it was the manager who helped me. She said it's because your items are on sale and walked away. I paid. When I got home I looked at my receipt. Only one item was buy one get one half off. I only got one. So it didn't apply. It seems that my coupons never work at this CVS. I would shop more here but the pharmacy won't fill my main prescription. I do come once a month to get my. Prescription and I usually buy $50+ in merchandise. But my coupons never work.

This location has terribly long wait times, especially the drive thru. They close for lunch, which is ridiculous. You may no longer speak with a pharmacist as you are required to leave a VM. They will not call you back. I have better experiences at the DMV.

While my transaction was in progress, i.e. meds on the counter, register being used, the clerk stopped my transaction to call an older White man from the line. She went to another register to wait on him. While I'm standing there. Another employee tried to wait on me, and she told him no. I said, I'd buy my other things later, she held them to prevent me from returning them. This was a blatant example of racist discrimination. I called the manager to tell her how poorly I was treated and discriminated against, and she hung up while I was explaining what happened. Clearly, the culture at this location is racist. Good riddance. There are good people at other pharmacies. This one is a bust.

Most of the time you get a good pharmacist team member & sometimes you win the unlucky lottery & get someone awful, unhelpful & grumpy.

Horrible. You can't even get a hold of a real person on the phone. They force you to leave a message and tell you they will call back and they don't. Now I am standing in line, likely to find out they don't have what I need. A very long slow line. I will never have a rx sent here again.
