The pharmacy staff is usually very nice and welcoming but yesterday all new staff and they were not welcoming and did not want to help. I was not a happy customer yesterday.

My family and I have been with this pharmacy for at least 3 years, but the last couple of months our experience here has been horrible. Every time we get a prescription sent over here, they tell me they’re out of stock and have to wait DAYS before we can get it. Even if it’s antibiotics and we can’t get started on them right away. My son got a prescription for antibiotics and they didn’t have them ready until 4 days after and the same thing happened with mine. Then, he got another order for different antibiotics and I called the day after they got the order to check if they were gonna have them ready but of course I couldn’t speak with anybody until they call me back to tell me they were gonna be ready for pick up in 1 hour. Then when I got to the pharmacy I was told they were not ready but they were gonna expedite it and to wait 15 minutes, after 15 minutes of waiting someone says “oh I filled it like an hour ago”, then I said well I was told to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready. God I’m so done with this pharmacy. So bad customer service.

I have been coming to this CVS Pharmacy for over 20 years. I feel like it’s my neighborhood pharmacy because they always treat me professionally and with the upmost respect. I’m not always the easiest customer and sometimes I can be a little harsh, but they always seem to turn my phone into a smile especially today after getting a flu shot and a pneumonia vaccine. The tech that did my vaccinations today was amazing and she was able to properly administer the vaccines in less than a minute without rushing me. I refuse to go to any other pharmacy. This is how much I like by Granite Bay CVS.

I give this store 10 stars. All employees go above and beyond for customers. I am in tbis store at least 3 times a week for something. Its clean, very organized, full shelves of product, always. I like being greeted upon entering the store, too.

Overall, the pharmacist is good. Most of the employees are good. There is one particular employee by the name of Ruthi, who is always arrogant. She is least reluctant in running any coupons, and if asked to, will do it reluctantly. I've heard her laughing on me with other employers as soon as coupons are done, as if, people are trying to be penny pinchers when using coupons. It is your job to be using those coupons, and please don't feel the customer feel bad for using those coupons. Extremely poor experience with this particular employee .

I am normally not one to post negative reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism and lack of custom service here is just appalling! Any time I've needed assistance in finding items, or if I have a question to ask, there is not a single employee to be found. This has happened on multiple occasions. However on my last visit, I witnessed possibly the worst display of this hot mess of an establishment yet! I was standing in an line which nearly reached the back end of the store and there was only one cashier up at the front (it was apparent she was new, as I had seen her training with another employee previously)...come on how can anybody not see something wrong with this? Finally, a manager comes up to her and starts berating her I front of customers! I caught a look at his name tag and saw his name was Josh! No wonder the morale here is so low if that's the way employees are treated by management!! I'll be driving a little bit further from home now to shop at a different location from now on!

The ladies who usually work the registers are great. I always find what I need, but it's usually on my own. I came here today at 1:45 and Ruth was on her own working the register, taking passport photos and receiving shipments. You need at least three employees, because when one goes on breaK there is only one employee and everything falls apart there. Customers can't get help, the line gets long, and the guy delivering shipments is now late for his next drop.

Stopped in here for draino, took me several minutes to find it but once I​ did I recieved everything​ ​I​ needed in and out of the store within minutes​.
