I just wanted to take the time to thank Mike Duffy for his help with my 5 burner Blaze grill that I purchased with Diablo a few years back. He helped me get replacement parts under warranty. He was patient, super nice and followed through with the manufacturer. He exemplifies exceptional service! I highly recommend working with Diablo Grills from the interactions I had during the sale, but even more importantly the recent interaction where he was not getting any commission, just helping a customer out!!! Thanks Mike!

My husband has a treager and this is one is his favorite stores . They have all the good stuff for barbecuing ! My husband only shops here for the seasonings and marinates for our food . We love the Blue Hog BBQ all the different flavors they have to offer we have tried them all . Rob's rub is excellent as well as so many others we have tried . So if you are looking for great stuff that u can't find in a regular store this is the place ! The food comes out so delicious every time he cooks it . Everyone here is super nice and attentive and will definitely guide you the right way . Super friendly! I highly recommend this place ..

It is one thing buying local and then feeling stupid when the local guys are obnoxious compared to the online guys. My builder gave me a timeline for a grill and based on his recommendation, I got a grill from these guys a bit earlier than I needed just to make sure that I had it. Then my builder changed and his schedule was out of whack so we ended up storing the grill with these guys for a longer time. That is very-very much appreciated - that is why they get 2-stars and not 0-stars. So due to the builder change, how the install was going to be done was different company and we needed the grill to be delivered. When I inquired about delivery, I fell off the chair - their delivery prices are a bit insane - $150. Now I have purchased referigerator, big sinks etc. from several local stores and all these guys understand the business - you call them a week or two before you need it and they have deliver trucks that go on a route and deliver things without charging anything. In fact - these companies don't even insist that you must take everything together - they realize that items get utilized at different times. While I understand that not all stores are equipped to provide same kind of service - but $150 for delivery is pretty steep. I do realize that you can pick up from their warehouse for free - but that is not the point - these are not small items and you expect the stores to provide more reasonable delivery options. Now realize this - the same item can be ordered online from people like BBQ guys etc. who will deliver at the same exact price without any shipping charges. So this is where you wonder - is there anypoint in buying local from these guys? A person is better off just getting things online and delivered - at least in the case of BBQ equipment. BTW - I am going to do exactly what I am saying - I have another item to order - why bother patronizing these guys - I will just go make some shop on the internet happier.

We bought a barbecue set for our backyard over 4 years ago. Taking off our barbecue cover after this stormy winter the rubber grip on barbecue handle broke off. Called Henry and asked if they had some we could purchase to replace, yes they do.. Went to store to buy, gave to us for free. They always have a smile, great customer service, excellent parking and easy to get too. Thank-you Diablo Grills for such great customer service. M & S

Great customer service in a time where things can be done online. If you are in the market for outdoor kitchen appliances.. go see these guys. Henry helped me with new outdoor kitchen and I got a great deal and even better experience.

Just purchased a Yoder YS640S with the assistance of Henry. What a pleasant experience from the knowledgeable explanation of the grill and its capabilities to the careful delivery directly to my deck. First class operation. I do not hesitate to recommend them and their products.

Very disappointed in the Customer Service after the sale,,,not as promised. Purchased Sole Gourmet Outdoor fridge, paid $1100. NOT worth the price. Thermostat defective after 6-months. I bought from “Brick & Mortar” store vs the Internet thinking customer service after the sale would be better. NOT THE CASE! Going on 4-months now without a working outdoor fridge. Not what I envisioned for summer bbqs. David tried to help resolve the issue but got nowhere from the distributor. Henry never replied to my text messages or phone calls. At the end of the day, the customer service was a huge disappointment from what they promised at the sale. Businesses make a name for themselves, good & bad. Don’t believe Diablo Grills when they say “We’ll take care of you” before you purchase anything from them.

We went there to purchase five items. We agreed with the salesman on a price, we even have the write up with the prices. When the salesman started to ring it up he said it would be two hundred dollars more! One particular item, a sink, had the written price ($232) attached clearly to it and the salesman stated the walnut creek salesman said they won't honor the price they have on it they wanted to charge us $261. Shame on you Diablo Grill for dirty practices.

I would give them a zero if I could. We were told a price for 5 items and agreed to it. The salesman started to ring up and then stated he made a mistake and it was two hundred dollars more. One piticular item, a sink actually had the price $232 written and attached to the sink. The salesman then said the walnut creek office said they can't honor that price they were going to charge us $261. That is bait to switch.

Don't go here unless you have $$. Lots of nice stuff. Just about anything you can think of for outdoor cooking, grilling, smoking...

Got my grill home that was supposed to be assembled. It wasn't. On top of that it was missing hardware. Customer service is extremely poor. Returning the unit. Not happy.

The store was nicely displayed and had a good amount of display grills, etc. It was one of the few stores in the Sacramento areas that had premium grills on display, etc. One of the downfalls of Diablo Grills is that you purchase an item in the Roseville showroom, but you have to drive down to Rancho Cordova to pick up your items at their warehouse there. They do not stock grilling items in the Roseville showroom. So, I bought a grill and some stainless steel storage units and made the trek to Rancho Cordova to pick them up. When I unpacked the storage units when I started building my kitchen island, I realized one of them was a bit larger than I realized before I started constructing the island. I went to the showroom to see how they had it installed and noted they did not have any of their display storage units installed with a kickboard under the cabinets -- the units essentially went down to about an inch above the floor. While I was there, I saw a similar storage unit that was a bit shorter, but identical otherwise. I did not see that unit when I purchased the original items since they did not have the two similar storage units installed next to each other for some reason. I decided the shorter one was a better fit and inquired about exchanging my taller one for the shorter one. Since I had opened the box to inspect the unit (but had not installed it nor removed the protective plastic coating on it, etc), I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Since the unit was about $1000, that was a $250 fee to exchange a new and perfectly sellable item for the other one which I would have to pay for as well. I decided to keep the taller one and figure out a way to make it work. I had also gone to the showroom to buy an insulated jacket for my grill ($549). I was annoyed with the restocking fee, so I decided to spend my future dollars elsewhere. I went online and bought the same insulated jacket for the same price, and with free shipping.... AND I didn't have to drive all the way to Rancho Cordova to pick it up..... AND they have a no-hassle return policy with NO restocking fee! My recommendation..... go to Diablo Grills to view the items in a nice showroom and then avoid Diablo Grill's not-so-customer friendly return policies by purchasing them from an online store that is much easier to work with. I generally always try to support the smaller businesses, but they have to try to make things easy for a customer, not harder.

This place has everything you need for outdoor cooking, they helped me create a very functional kitchen. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with recommending what you need without any type of up sale. I personally dealt with Henry, Mike and David but my go to guy was John. John tried everything he could to meet my timelines and it was much appreciated. My kitchen is complete and I can't wait until my Yoder comes in so I can play with that too.
