I’ve spent over $1000 in the past three months (thousands over the past 25 years) at Express due to starting a new job with different dress requirements. I’ve been shopping at Express for 25 years plus and find specifically their pants fit me well. I’m 6 feet tall and because they offer long lengths, Express tends to be my go to place. Unfortunately, I had an issue returning a pair of pants that were tagged as “Long” but clearly were not. The store representative held them up next to other Long pants of the same style and agreed they were incorrectly tagged. The tags were intact and I had the receipt, but I had missed the return window by a couple of weeks. I didn’t know the return window was so short, or I would’ve returned them sooner. So, $100 down the drain and donated to Goodwill. I was very disappointed to have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there in a short period of time and not be able to return one pair of pants that clearly was tagged incorrectly due too a very short return window. Furthermore, I was willing to exchange for other merchandise, but was told that was not possible. Because of the long lengths they offer for pants, I felt stuck and continued to spend more money there to complete my wardrobe. However, it has left a very bad taste in my mouth and prompted me to search for other options online. Luckily, I have found several online stores who offer long lengths, with the same or even better quality. I’m sorry to say, express, is losing a longtime customer because of a very strict return/exchange policy.

Purchased jeans in February. Never worn. Tags in place. Realized they were wrong fit and attempted to return in April. Store manager stated their return policy is 30 days only and does not allow exchange.
Return policy is unreasonable. Will never shop at Express again.

Exceptional service from Mika at EXPRESS! She’s always kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. My wife and I have had the pleasure of interacting with her on multiple visits, and we’re consistently impressed. Mika deserves recognition and opportunities for growth - she’s a wonderful person who brings a positive energy to the store. Highly recommended!

Awful cashier we dealt with the afternoon of Wednesday, May 1st 2024. She didn’t let us (even as we were paying) take a look at the underwear pack that was clearly opened and tampered with. We asked if we could look, but she said we weren’t allowed to. The box was clearly ripped open, and we were worried the wrong items were inserted. We were treated like we were stealing.

Great clothes, but pricey. Don’t give them your email. You get so many emails and the unsubscribe button doesn’t work. I received a cancellation notice and am still receiving emails. Argh!

I didn't get their names but I was at Roseville Galleria Express store at around 2ish today and all 3 associates were super nice and helpful. Kudos and I would give them all a 10 or more star rating!!

Nothing special. They have good suits and a nice variety of other clothes. Wouldn't go here for shoes though.

The general manager is amazing. As for the store employee, Lyuda, she is a racist. She asked what nationality I was followed by my religion. When she said am I muslim, I answered her yes, for which she said "oh, that's bad". I was baffled and replied with "what do you mean?".. she said "well, you know..". I actually don't know. What a racist person! So sad to see express Roseville hire such person. I told the GM so I hope she does something about it.

I always go with a mission in mind for when I shop here - and usually can find something to work with my look. There are some solid pieces - and they are staples. I have some items that are 15-20 years old from Express, if you find the right thing it can last a long time. I would not recommend the jeans though, the dye has a really strong smell that gets worse when you wash them! This last time I went, Mecka was so helpful - she assisted with sizing and rooms to try on asap - and when checking out helped me set up my phone for online coupon. She was very nice. And, there was a long line and she came in as back up to help check people out. In other stores (like Zara) they have ONE person checking out 100 people and no one helping on the floor. I'm glad the people in this store have the sense to help with check out and help their customers. Nice work to this awesome manager and I appreciate her help!
