Great clothes, but pricey. Don’t give them your email. You get so many emails and the unsubscribe button doesn’t work. I received a cancellation notice and am still receiving emails. Argh!

I didn't get their names but I was at Roseville Galleria Express store at around 2ish today and all 3 associates were super nice and helpful. Kudos and I would give them all a 10 or more star rating!!

Nothing special. They have good suits and a nice variety of other clothes. Wouldn't go here for shoes though.

The general manager is amazing. As for the store employee, Lyuda, she is a racist. She asked what nationality I was followed by my religion. When she said am I muslim, I answered her yes, for which she said "oh, that's bad". I was baffled and replied with "what do you mean?".. she said "well, you know..". I actually don't know. What a racist person! So sad to see express Roseville hire such person. I told the GM so I hope she does something about it.

I always go with a mission in mind for when I shop here - and usually can find something to work with my look. There are some solid pieces - and they are staples. I have some items that are 15-20 years old from Express, if you find the right thing it can last a long time. I would not recommend the jeans though, the dye has a really strong smell that gets worse when you wash them! This last time I went, Mecka was so helpful - she assisted with sizing and rooms to try on asap - and when checking out helped me set up my phone for online coupon. She was very nice. And, there was a long line and she came in as back up to help check people out. In other stores (like Zara) they have ONE person checking out 100 people and no one helping on the floor. I'm glad the people in this store have the sense to help with check out and help their customers. Nice work to this awesome manager and I appreciate her help!

I tried to use a 25% off store ring code (that's supposed to be valid for another 11 days) and it wouldn't work. Kia at the front checkout was very patient and helped me through an uncomfortable process of trying to get it to work. She helped me get my discount and did it with a smile.

I've adored Express stores in the Bay Area where I live. Excited to see there is one by my parents. Express is one of my favorite stores for many years. I've been bummed that the more convenient locations around me have closed. Oddly, I came in on a rush in between dropping off/picking up my parents to the casino near by, and had 30 minutes to spare when I found the store on my way back to my car. Found a couple tops I've had my eyes on in my size, and one sale item for 40% off. The sale size (bright neon satin tank) I grabbed in the wrong size for some reason, it was an XS, I needed a M. I realized this when trying it on. I asked the sales person at the dressing room if I can get the pink one in the correct size, but was told she can help me with the non-sale items, but sale items, I have to get myself. Isn't that weird? Mind you, just the two other tops I was already sold on to purchase would have totaled ~$120 before taxes. The sale tank top would still have been $39 after the sale. I was confused for a moment if I was in the twilight zone, and accidentally went into Forever 21! I was at the last 7 minutes before I needed to leave, to put my clothes back on, and take them off to try on another top, was a huge inconvenience. I walked out politely, being turned off by my experience. I didn't know how to rate this, never had this problem in other locations. Also, I've been here about twice now, and don't really get greeted. I've had to ask for my own fitting room both times, having multiple items at hand passing by several staff. Don't wish this location any negativity, but customer experience needs to be elevated. The quality of the products sold here and target market of this store needs to be matched with better customer service than what I've personally experienced. I won't give up too soon. So *crossing fingers!
