We ordered a cabinet from Home Depot and the first time it was delivered damaged, got a refund, no problem. Reordered and was told it was delivered. it was NOT. Contacted FedEX the delivery company. They said they investigated but refused to give me a picture of delivery. We were home all day. I have a doorbell camera that was on all day due to landscaping activity in our front yard. No sign of FEDEX. Contacted Home Depot. They referred me to my credit card company. CC company refunded and investigated. Upon seeing the first refund they told us case was closed and reversed the refund. We wanted that cabinet and had already reordered to be shipped directly to store. Ended up paying double. Warning: we love Home Depot products but as long as they ship FEDEX, I recommend having your online purchases shipped directly to store unless you want your stuff to disappear.

Any packages coming out of this facility are always delayed due to what is the only reason, incompetence and utter disregard for basic ability to do a job. This last package after two attempts to deliver, updates went blank. Then all of a sudden said delivered two days ago. It wasn't.

This station’s driver delivered my packages to wrong address and let someone else signed for that. And I call the FedEx immediately once it delivered, but after 24 hours nothing updates. And call the representative several times, they just said this station still has not confirmed the package retrieval yet. So how they can guarantee my packages wait for 24 hours at the wrong address to let driver retrieve them? What if someone took those packages? And the tracking shows someone else signed that. Otherwise, I called FedEx almost immediately after it delivered. It’s around noon and still during working hours. But during those hours this station takes no action and until 5pm I called again, and been told the station closed and I have to wait next day????? FedEx is the Worst shipping company forever!!!!!! And this station is the worst station in Sac!

Continually deliver items to the wrong suite number causing my supplier to threaten double charging me for items I did not receive to have it sent a second time.
This time I realized I had not received one of my items and that it was damaged and would no longer be shipped. Told me to contact my shipper to reimburse me for their mistake. Very displeased and will try to avoid having to use them whenever is possible.

They never deliver my package been waiting 2 weeks and it’s always something, they lost the first package then they say the label was messed up can’t deliver . I would recommend usps over FedEx

Fedex delivers a package that isn't mine. Was a hassle to get it retrieved. A few days after they retrieve it, delivers it back to me... Seriously?! I ran after the FedEx truck and they didn't even stop. This is ridiculous and a waste of my time and energy!

They have had my package for 2 days, the driver named Charles, I literally watch his truck on the tracker drive in circles for hours. The package has to be delivered and then I can go get it, it's ammunition in this state, it has to go to an FFL, the shop will be closed til Tuesday if not delivered tomorrow. Roseville is the worst FedEx, if it went through Sacramento, I would have it already talked to FedEx 2 times now

This depot terminal couldn’t deliver a package in time if it was the only job they had…..oh wait. they always say they can’t deliver because no one is home even though no signature it s required. A quick check of the cameras showed that no FedEx truck even pulled up to the gate. When you call customer service they have every excuse in the book. just deliver peoples packages!

Horrible experiences with this company. They can’t get anything right. I’d be embarrassed to work for them. I can’t believe they are allowed to jack everyone’s packages around, and then hide behind a fence and an automated phone system that doesn’t help at all when people are upset about it.

My daughter works there and everyone has respect for one another. The security is alert and even a few are cute. What is fun for me is when I count trucks that have left the parking lot before I pick up my daughter from work.

They delivered my package to the wrong address last week with a COMPLETELY different address and left it out in the rain. Today they have marked a package as an attempted delivery but no one has been to my home all day.

What can I say that hasn’t been reviewed already 100x. But FedEx is pathetic. Before you buy ANYTHING make sure it’s not sent via fed-ex. When you can you talk to someone in the Philippines and they can’t help you. They don’t answer their phone in Roseville. The drivers are terrible. They are now five days late on a part I ordered for my son’s motorcycle and no one knows where the package is even though it stated it was out for delivery four days. So I tried reaching the facility, managing my package with their online app, Pathetic. I failed dimension. They once tried to steal a kayak during Covid from us. Thank God, there was one honest person down there that let me pick it up
