Took my truck to this Firestone #17663 at 8051 Washington Blvd in Roseville CA 95678, for a simple tire rotation. Appointment was at 7AM. Told the manager what I wanted done. He made no effort to show me what he put on the actual work order. Just told me to sign on this little finger pad. When I noticed that they were doing things to my truck that were not necessary for tire rotation, I got up and found the manager, and told him that I didn't want anything but a tire rotation done. HE REFUSED. He angrily told me that he was the manager, and he gets to decide what is done to all vehicles in his shop! I then asked, "so if a customer explicitly asks you not to do something to their vehicle, you're saying that you're going to do it anyway"? His response was, "That's exactly what I'm saying!" I'm an experienced auto mechanic myself, and just wanted my tires rotated. The rotation is free if you bought the tires there which I did. I keep my truck in impeccable condition and did not need or want anyone checking fluid levels or tire pressures, or my wiper blades. I can do that myself and enjoy doing it. And it gets worse folks... Never had any repair facility treat me like this. I stepped out of the building and called the corporate office. They told me that their manager shouldn't be doing that as we don't force work on anyone. I was told that the area manager would be contacting me in a few days, which he did, but nothing could be done to help me right now. To avoid further confrontation, I decided to let this jerk do whatever he wanted so I could just leave as soon as possible. While waiting I decided that I would not sign anything else, as I was not happy with how I was treated or the service. After about 45 mins, I was called to the desk to checkout. First thing he did was hand me my keys. They had already moved my truck back to the front where I had left it. After about 3 minutes of this manager typing stuff into the computer, he again directed me to sign on this little touchpad, without making any attempt to show me what I was signing. I refused. I told him I was not happy with the service or how I was treated. He then grabbed my keys from me and told me that he could not return my vehicle to me until I signed! Remember now, the tire rotation was free so no money was owed this business! Not a dime! I then told him I was calling the police! Roseville police showed up, and after being there for almost an hour trying to get this, in my OPINION, psycho manager Hilton (Hitler) Sorkazian to return my keys and let me leave, the police told me that the manager said that Firestone had legal custody of my vehicle until I signed, and they considered it a civil issue and could not help me! That was a lie of course, as I had no legal or contractual obligation to sign a contract which simply said that I agreed to abide by the credit card agreement of the credit card used, which did not apply to me as no payment was tendered, and that all services had been rendered by the business to my satisfaction, which they were not. Folks, in my OPINION, this Firestone Service Facility is a liability for the brand, as long as this manager is running it. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here unless you like having this business dictate to you what they do to your vehicle and have no problem telling you to that you have no say in the matter! I video recorded the whole thing, and so did the police. Good luck!

Tonight on way to taking daughter to art class, my PSI indicator came on telling me 13 in right rear tire. 5 minutes until close, I call Firestone in desperate need of someone to look at. Thankfully I am less than 1/2 mi away and they said, yes come! Ryan and his tech looked to see if patch but tire was bubbling and large metal object in it. They stayed late past closing (on Valentines night) to get me a new tire. Also, he was honest. I guess a lot of AWD need all 4 replaced but he said my measures were good and I could get by on just 1. Thank you, thank you for getting us home safely. 5+ stars for staying late AND being honest about needs. I have come to this location a lot over the years because I can trust them.

Great experience!I made a last minute appointment for a tire pressure sensor issue and they were able to see me, identify the issue, had the sensor on hand, and replaced the sensor all within an hour or so.They had great communication the whole time and didn't overcharge.Will be back for sure!

I came in just 5 minutes before their closing time with a punctured tire. Staff was super friendly and laid out a thorough and transparent briefing of what’s gonna happen. They had tried their best to help me patch the flat tire and eventually get my car going. Very much appreciated!

reasonable prices , and honest, extremely friendly and knowledgeable employees!!!! My 17 year old daughter went in there and they didnt try to rip her off!!!!! VERY SATISFIED!!!!!

The service was straight forward. Recommendations were offered but not forced. The staff were knowledgeable and professional and courteous. The store was clean and there was a wealth of information present to view pertaining to various tires and other services offered.

All representatives were courteous. The clerks were very nice and helpful. Michelle was particularly helpful over the phone setting up the appointment and pulling aside the last in stock tire for me. Work was done within timeframe indicated. I made a same day appointment for a single tire replacement. They did a full inspection along with the tire change. I didn't expect that and while I appreciated the diagnostics, that wasn't my purpose for the appointment. I refused the recommended services as I already had plans to address the most critical items.

I have been to Firestone a few times now.... Hilton, Michelle, Josh and David have always taken excellent care of me. Just like any place of employment you are going to have a bad experience on occasion, I trust the 4 people I listed to take good care of my vehicle and double check any possible mistakes made by a tech. I have seen that Firestone does their best to keep their customers happy. Even if you've had a bad experience here give it one more chance... But request Hilton, Michelle, Josh or David and let them know of your previous experience and I am confident they will do what they can to make sure your next experience is better.

I recently had a tire blowout, I towed my car here and they were very helpful. I got new tires that day and an alignment. I also drive a stick shift, I later watched the dashcam footage of their test drive and they treated my car well and had someone who also daily drives a manual.However, the reason I’m giving a poor review is that 2 of my wheels were incredibly over-torqued, and the other 2 wheels were under-torqued. This can be dangerous, some of the wheels could loosen and fall off, and the tight ones could break my wheel studs. I won’t be coming back for tire rotations, I’ll do it myself in my garage since I know I will use the correct torque spec. I find it hard to trust most all-service shops, this is why. They’re going to kill someone.They also tried to upsell a service for several hundred dollars that I know doesn’t apply to my car, and is not part of any of the service bulletins or literature for my vehicle. Dishonest service shops are scummy.
