You might think it's a daunting task having a pool resurfaced and having new tile installed, let me tell you it's not. Five Star was able to come out and look at our pool on a Saturday. Jason came out and invited us to show up the next day at the showroom to pick out our ledger stone, tile and Pebble Tech surface. Jason was extremely helpful. The process is easier than you think. They came out and drained my pool on Monday. The demo team was there the following day and done within six hours. Wednesday, our swimming line tile went up and Thursday the ledger stone went up. His teams are highly professional and very courteous. A new LED light and variable speed whisper quiet motor was installed right after that. As a courtesy, he replaced all my above ground connecting pipes to my filter and motor. They also capped off m to y unused solar. They resurfaced my pool by Saturday. We were filling up the pool on Sunday. It's was completely remodeled in less then a week. His crew knows what they're doing. His price is better than all others. There is nothing to question. He gave me the best overall quote out of 5 other companies. He kept in touch during the job and I valued his follow up. The crew was exceptional and very friendly, the crew leader came back on Saturday to answer a question in person versus just calling. We used Five Star Pavers & Pool Remodels from Roseville to resurface our pool with the mini pebble with a touch of glass pool resurfacing material. The surface of our in-ground pool needed to be replaced. Six businesses provided proposals, and we ultimately decided on Five Star Pavers & Pool Remodels. Their work on the glass block, waterline tile replacement, and plaster was excellent. They completed everything on schedule and under budget.
