I’m not sure what’s going on at the Galleria Forever 21, but it’s extremely warm inside (floor fans being utilized), everything is a horrifying mess, and there’s literally trash overflowing the garbage can. I have been there twice over the last 1.5 months and everything felt and looked the same both times. Really hope management or corporate is reading these reviews because something definitely needs to change.

It is a bigger store but not enough variety.

The staff that we interacted with were great! Very friendly and helpful. However my review is based on the cleanliness of the store. The first floor was almost flawless but there was trash underneath the register area. When you come up via escalator, that section of the store looked fine but the designated clearance/kid's clothing/upstairs register area looked like a dump. Clothing and trash everywhere. Just looked like a tornado had hit it. Mind you, I was here after the store had been open for about an hour so I can't really fathom how it can be this messy upon opening. The cherry on top was seeing three employees in one section that was already organized, standing around talking. This is the biggest Forever 21 location considering all the malls nearby but this is also the messiest and most unorganized location out of all of them. Good selection for clothing but the lack of cleanliness is an eyesore and makes me not want to come to this location.

The clothes options at the Roseville Galleria store are way better than in the Arden mall store. So my granddaughter prefers to shop at this location. I also purchase for myself sometimes but mostly online. Their clothes run large, so I had to return a shirt and a jacket that I got on sale on their website. Returned them to the Roseville store. No one asked me if I wanted to check to see if they had them in smaller size and just do an exchange. But afterwards, I looked around the store and saw the same shirt and jacket and purchased both. When I later looked at the receipt, I noticed I was charged full price. Not the sale price. This was my first experience at this store. Then the 2nd visit, no one asked me if I had any rewards to use which I feel should've showed up when I used my Forever 21 credit card. Like Macy's does! But later when I was paying my bill I noticed I had $5 in rewards I could've used towards my last purchase. I'm not saying that this is staffs' job to point these things out to their customers, but that little extra info does help keep the customer happy and also keeps them coming back.

Would give store 0 if available. Worst shopping experience of me and my daughter's life. Rude cashier and even ruder manager. This was at Roseville store. They had items marked with wrong prices. Was a nightmare.

The two hispanic ladies cashiering today around noon were extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only person in line and they were so focused on their conversation they never greeted me or acknowledged my presence and looked extremely bothered by me when I looked at them waiting patiently for a while to be checked out. I had to wait for them to finish talking- mind you they didn’t look at me once. When they did finally look up at me that gave me the dirtiest look and it was clear that I was interrupting them. The girl on the right who checked me out didn’t even speak to me because her and her coworker were too busy having their conversation to actually do their job. It seemed like they treated me this way because I inconvenienced them and actually made them do their job.. I mean it’s not like they get paid to be there- right?! I was very uncomfortable and in full honesty I just wanted to get my stuff and leave… She didn’t even say anything when I finished paying she literally pushed my bag to the edge of the counter and continued to fool around with the other girl. I don’t feel welcomed in this store and I definitely shouldn’t feel like I am a burden when wanting to pay for my stuff. They need to give those girls some proper customer service training.

I was in the store not one worker helped me when I needed it. there was a bigger manager who said something very explicate to another worker and they laughed but it made me feel very uncomfortable. she told him to do something or else he won't get (I don't want to say) after work.

While I appreciate the sales the store is a beautiful mess and not ADA accesible. They also do not match their online prices (which might be a company thing), most storesmatch online prices. The staff are always polite and friendly??. Located right across from a playground, restaurants and bar

Went school shopping for my teen. And I refuse to spend a single dollar after seeing this... Absolutely appalled at how you allow your store to look, lazy and rude staff, poor management!! Staff looking at themselves in mirror playing with hair and too busy to clean. I refused to spend any money in this store. Which sucks because my daughter was excited about a few of their items... I just put everything back on shelf and left!!!

Took my daughter to go shop here this afternoon. She doesn't like me hovering when she pays so I went and stayed by the front doors. Line was long so it took a while but after a while, it started to seem like it was rather unusually long because she only had about 4 customers ahead of her in line. Once she paid and walked towards me she told me what happened at the register. I could've gone up to the cashier and gave her my two cents about the whole transaction but it was already done and couldn't be undone as she has no control of the credit bureaus. Anyhow, my daughter is 19, UNEMPLOYED. Cashier asked her if she wanted to apply for their store card. Sure, my daughter should have known the cashier meant "credit card" but she still young and learning things we do in the adult world. My daughter said she is a student and does not work and lives with family. The cashier told her that that was ok and since she lived with family, she can put her income down as $25k. So without really understanding, that's what my daughter entered. Whole process took a few minutes and it was done. Card will be mailed in a few days. Daughter also said that when the transaction was done and handed and her bag, she noticed the other cashier smile at her cashier. (probably thinking they got a sucka, which they sure did.) I've worked in retail. I know that we are told to try to get customers to sign up for the store card. But I totally don't appreciate dishonest cashiers preying on the vulnerable to get them to apply for the store card even when entering false and fraudulent information! I hope that extra "point" or whatever you got for your days "credit applications" was worth it. Today was a learning experience for my daughter as well and to always remember to say "no" when asked to apply for a store credit card with an insane APR. Will be calling the bank to close the card once it arrives.
