I have never been treated so rudely at any fossil store like I was today. I brought my watches to get the battery replaced and a new watch that was just purchased last month repaired and pretty much got the door closed in my face. The associate was pissed that I walked in at 11am since the door was left open and lights were on and they open at 10am according to their business hours. She said what gave me the right to walk in that they are closed. When asked what time will they open she said they will open when they open and she shut the door in my face. No longer purchasing a FOSSIL watch in the future if this is the type of customer service they will be giving me.

I'm an occasional visitor to the store. My recent visit was with Jackie who somehow remembered me from a prior visit. She provided excellent customer service and helped get a valuable Fossil watch of mine back into service. She also provided a QR code to make the crystal repair process easy for me to send in. Not to mention, I received an excellent deal on a silicone band and battery replacement. I will definitely be coming back here

So I would easily pass as a homeless man every time I visit this store. I can say without a question of a doubt that I was treated the same as everyone else and was not made to feel out of place. I had a watch that was no longer working and I had been in the store three times for a trade in and all 4 employees I talked with helped me. I needed a new watch with a 22 mm face as I have small wrists and the employees recommended I wait for the newer watch to release and then come in. They not only honored a deal I made prior to me buying the watch but a different employee a young woman didn't even contest me and was extremely helpful. She showed me the different bands and helped me choose a nice watch I liked. If you want a nice watch and the best customer service visits this store before going elsewhere. 10/10 experience.

I’m honestly furious. This store sold us a bad watch, and after a year, they still haven’t made it right.Not only did my watch come back from Fossil repair damaged on the casing, it still doesn’t work correctly. What exactly IS the point of a watch that can’t tell the time?I’ve completely had it. I’m absolutely disgusted with how this has been handled, especially considering the amount of money that we have spent with Fossil over the years. Particularly in this store.We have never once requested assistance from Fossil. Yet now, the one time that we need them to acknowledge that this is a bad piece of merchandise and issue a refund, nobody will help. Not the store and not Fossil Support.Fossil can have the watch back. I don’t want it. I’m so sick of even dealing with this.Seriously, Fossil would basically need to make an entirely new watch anyway. They damaged the body during the last “repair”, which I was told will now result in new housing being put on. And because the internal mechanism STILL doesn’t work, that will need to be replaced as well. I mean honestly, if you have to replace the inside and the outside, is that not a new watch?!I don’t want to send it in for repair again, I don’t want a replacement, I don’t want a different watch, I don’t want store credit. I want my money back, and I want Fossil to take this piece of junk back.One year, that’s how long this has been going on. One entire year of being messed with by a company that is supposed to pride itself on product quality and customer service.Now I understand all of the horrible reviews online. I never used to get it because our experience was never like that. Now I get it.I’m disgusted, disappointed, and angry.Do better.

In the past year I bought 3 watches. One the band fell apart and the stores fix was to smash a wider, shorter pin to hold together. The watch I got for my wife hasn't told the right time since I first got it....took it back, they said had the wrong battery, so replaced it....couple months later went to put it on, wrong time! Took it in they no fix things but gave envelope they said was postage paid...its not! Took it back and nothing they can do...wanted a refund but they ran me out of time and can only have a gift card!! Garbage!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Im a huge fossil fan own over 30 watches (both me and my husband) from this store alone When I would come in id always be talked to always had help shopping amazing customer service however came in over the week was hoping to get a new watch and nobody helped me or even talked to me the girl was busy sitting down on her phone to even see me come in didn't look to happy to be there at all. Don't recommend coming to this location anymore its not what It was before

The staff are great and they have an free engraving option. Pro tip: you can do two engraving they just don't tell you. But my buddy did a cross with a letter C under it. Nice place!

This was my first time in the Fossil store and the manager, Courtney, was AMAZING! She tracked down a very specific watch we were looking for and helped us put it together every step of the way. This was such a great customer service experience and I felt like she needed to be acknowledged. Thanks so much, Courtney!

Depends on which server you get. It's always fresh, easily gluten free or paleo. All the servers are good but a few of them are worth 5 stars!

Nice store needed a battery replaced unfortunately they'd just ran out (probably due to it being EASTER Sunday). The young lady that helped my wife an I was really nice. Plus, the watch I blight my wife for our 5th ANNIVERSARY was surprisingly on Sale.???
