I came to look for Monstera deliciosa, unfortunately they're all damage with lot of leaves cut and brokenEven people who work there also responsibility for the plants doesn't even bother to take a good care for these plants.I'm disappointed.

The worst. They won't answer the phone in tool rental so I can reserve the tool I need for a job. So I show up after multiple days of calling, even calling other departments that refuse to go to the rental department since rental refuses to pick up the phone. And the tool I need is not available. So now I gotta drive to another city to find equipment. Which could've been avoided had one person in rentals decided to pick up the phone. I'll never shop at this Home Depot again.

This store is horrible with customer service and supervisor or manager on duty has no customer service skills. Do not use this store. Go down street to Lowe's.

BOYCOTT!!! I'm not being paid to check myself out or to stand in crazy mixed up lines while Home Depot has decided that 2 people are enough to run 10-12 registers. BUY ELSEWHERE!!! This location and the others in Roseville STINK! If you say you don't want to use self check the girl will zap your items and then run off and if they zap it wrong or there is something wrong then you have to wait for them to come back again and THEN she sent me to the return line because she zapped the 1 item 2's so I had to stand in another line. WHAT A STINKIN' MESS!!! I'll buy anywhere else that I can after yesterdays fiasco at Auburn, CA store and Roseville CA stores. HOME DEPOT YOU STINK!

I wanted to give a shout-out to Tina in the paint department for her knowledge on the products and quick customer service. I always come across an issue trying to get my fence stain as it apparently is no longer in their system in the normal spot. So it requires a little research. She knew exactly how to pull up the color and showed the other employee for the future. I have gone to several other stores and they can never figure it out. Thank you Tina for the excellent customer service!

We had the absolute worse experience. We placed an order on line for delivery and partial pick up. We ended up having to pick up items in Antelope. We tried to return one item in Folsom and waited over an hour while they tried to get me a credit..It was a big item that I was returning, I ended up leaving it at the store...it's been a day and they still have not figured out how to credit my account. Very frustrating.

They sell lumber and hardware and stuff. One of the things they sell are the lattice panels for your garden. They have several styles that I would assume have different price points, but I have to make that assumption because little in the garden area is marked. So I asked an employee for help and after 15 minutes of her work, she could not find the price of them either. So I guess they don't want to sell them to us. Good thing there's the big blue place next-door.

A female employee kept coming to me 4 times to ask me if I needed any help when I was just browsing at tiles at the tiles aisle. Everytime she approached me, she took a very good look at the items that I had in my cart.The lady stood at the Entrance gate and kept watching everyone as if she s working in an airport.. The lady one point kept following me which really made me uncomfortable and I left everything in the cart and left the store.I went to Lowes 3 minutes away from that Homedepot store to the same items that I wanted.Homedepot thinks we all are thieves.

Had to use self checkout as there were no cashiers working, this is a high volume store and no cashiers?, anyhow I want to thank the guy in lumber who was friendly and helpful in finding the lumber I was there to get and for cutting some of it down for easy transport. However much of my annoyance lies on Crystal, the self check person. She was rude and unapologetic about her rudeness saying that there was a shortage of people working. This is understandable however she could have been more helpful. We were also trying to split our purchase between two accounts, neither of which has been used in a while, so that there would be a balance on both cards keeping our accounts current. When we asked her to help us with this she proceeded to rapid press screen buttons and in the end the entire purchase went on only one card. No apologies either for her mistake. We had to go get something just to put on the other card. Needless to say we won't be back to that store any time soon.

I went in for appliances and left with a headache. I will say the staff were very polite and accommodating. We appreciate that. The prices are lower than most other places selling the same thing. Unfortunately, selection isn't that great and many items were on back order. The biggest issue is delivery. On the first attempt, the driver called me and confirmed they were headed to my house next . About 25 minutes later I received a text message from Homedepot that the delivery was canceled and I'd have to reschedule. I called the driver back and got no answer. Then I called Homedepot and spoke with a very apologetic manager. On the next delivery, a week later, the truck showed up, but my appliances were trashed, like they sent me the floor models or the items had fallen off a forklift. So they went back. I spoke with another, really nice manager, that told me the next delivery couldn't be until the end of the following month. I canceled my order. The place I ended up buying from has a warehouse down the street from the showroom and all deliveries and installations are handled by their employees, not contracted out. As soon as we stepped in the door, we were greeted by no less than three employees and taken care of immediately. At Homedepot, we had to wait about 15 minutes before someone met us in the appliance section. They scheduled delivery on the day we chose, three days after we purchased, on a Saturday. They were a little more expensive, but worth it.

I feel like my experience is a Seinfled car reservation episode. I am moving so I reserve a cargo van at the Home Depot that showed as having 2 available. I book it 3 days in advance and get notified the day of my reservation an hour before pickup that they do not have any vehicles for me. So I call in and see if they can change it to something else just for them to tell me that other people reserved first so they got my availability, which doesn't make sense why it would show as available then. Then he says I cannot move it over to one of their other truck as it is first come first serve, even though I had a reservation for something they couldn't fulfill. If you need a truck, rent it from uhaul direct or someone else as Home Depot is not reliable and will leave you hanging without a backup or help

In giving this store 3 stars because in the past i had gotten good help and a really nice customer helped tonight. tonights Home Depot workers must have been the lazy left over squad. I struggled to get these items in my cart when a worker walked by me twice before a customer helped me. Then at self check i had to get one of the large boxes out and i put it on the self check small space while 3 employees not only were doing nothing but gave me DIRTY looks as I struggled - that is hat set me off to write this review that was rude disgusting and disrespectful- they could have offered help but just decided to judge me give me dirty looks and then stand and watch me while they did this ! I wanted to say somet but in the entitled and woke world i did not want to get into it and not leave with what I had come out there for- self check about 6:40pm on 23rd if homedepot would like to see who the three people were i bought 2 propane heaters. Not the worst experience but not one that homedepot should be proud of.

Hey Home Depot, WHERE THE HELL ARE CONTRACTORS SUPPOSED TO PARK,?? You have filled up all the pull thus with cart corrals and trailers you want to sell or rent. There's no place for big trucks, and God forbid you're a truck pulling a trailer. Do you really think it's a good idea for us to park with the old ladies buying a six pack of petunias??? We're already stuck with your overpriced, cupped, split wood that we have to dig through to get any worth actually using. Now we have to try and not kill Nana, some poor dad dragging 3 kids and a beanie wearing hipster with a husky in the parking lot too?? Damn.
