Wes was a real jerk when I visited the store. He continued asking if I needed anything when I said no I'm just looking and then when I did ask him for help with golf shoes he had no personality and I could just tell he wanted to hurry up and get me out of the store. A smile or a friendlier demeanor could have gone a long way.

The store selection is great however the sales team needs some help. As I was trying on shoes, an older sales gentleman stared me up and down as if I was going to steal them. When I looked to see him standing over me, he just kept looking at me. I then proceeded to ask if if he needed something to which he replied no. He then walked away. I had such a sour taste in my mouth from the interaction, I left without the shoes I was planning to buy.

Larry and Daniel were great . They got me fitted for some new clubs and even gave me tips on my swing. My game is so much better now. I might even be able to compete against the girls high school back up team. Thanks Larry

We shop at Golf Galaxy often & always receive good service. They have a huge inventory of shoes, hats, gloves, and everything golf. They even have a indoor range you can use. We have had to exchange or return items & have had no problems at all. They affiliated with Dicks Sporting Goods.

The store will literally steal your money. I purchased $180. In lessons on American Express, their pro quit. They Refused to refund my money. They put my purchase on a card to keep track of the lessons, then use that as the reason for no refund. I did not purchase or ask for a gift card. Horrible service and policies

Went in to buy a new driver and had a couple drivers in mind that i wanted based off research online. I was lucky to have Larry help me because he shattered all of my stats from my previous driver. Max drive distance with my current driver was around 290. Larry set me up with the new cobra driver that got me to 320! Also this driver kept me in the fairway on most shots while hitting very far. I highly suggest working with Larry if your interested in a new driver. The guy really wants to see you get better results and you can tell he's passionate about the game. He saved me money and increased my stats beyond what i thought i could do. Overall im so happy with my purchase and experience at golf galaxy.

I really can't emphasize just how terrible the Golf Galaxy experience has been for me in every step of the way.When asked by a chat person if there is anything they can help with after requesting that they have the correct putter available in store for an exchange following their mistake in sending me the wrong one, I offered the following list of experiences for them to choose from:Having to drive an hour to your store 3 times to return brand new in box clubs because you couldn't find the order in your system despite all the information being listed on the box? Fighting to get a return that resulted in having to call corporate to authorize the return and then begging another store manager to coach your store how to process the return? Not being able to try out clubs for a fitting without advance notice even though simulator bays were open? Walking the store for a half hour asking for help and not getting it? Fitting into a driver that I was told I would get in a week and then it took a month to get? Or now, when you're sending me the incorrect putter from an online and not being able to have the correct putter available for me for exchange in my closest store?I will give credit where credit is due - on my paid fitting, the fitter did focus on me and my needs to fit me into the proper club, even though it did arrive 3 weeks later than what I was told at the register...

You want to hear what the most unhealthy thing ever to do is? Have someone hand you a badass driver and hop into the simulator to proceed to swing really really hard over and over. Lol. I am older, grayer, stiffer, sorer and just down right need to stretch/warm up first. BUT Larry handed me the new Ping 425 max and well...............I swung really hard. Lol Hey, 282 down the middle...........ILL TAKE IT!!! Typically when I come to this place I feel way out of my league and most of the time I'm not too thrilled with the workers here. But today my buddy had a fitting scheduled and I thought I would tag along and watch. Larry was actually great! He was very nice, patient and downright friendly while dealing with us hackers. My buddy ended up buying a full set of pings and I couldn't help myself and I did get that driver. But! I was for sure feeling it in my shoulder and my back from swinging hard 20 times. So this was the best experience I've had there and I can never say no to the simulator. But when Larry said hey let me take a look at your swing because I don't have a lot of loft using the driver I backed out and said oh no no no no no. We don't need to open up that can of worms right now! LOL

Pretty cool store if u love golf. They have a small putting green in the store to try out putters & a simulation to help fit u for sets. Lots of trendy athetic wear & hats too, as well as club socks for pretty much everyone.

I made a quick visit here. Definitely a lot of good products. Looks like they help people with custom fittings. I'll be back when I have more time.
