They were so accommodating and they were careful looking to make sure I was bring was acceptable. I did not have to wait and was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. They wrote me a receipt and were able to make my time there hassle free. Will be back again!

Closed over a hour before the time stated. Very irritating sense the goodwill down the street stops donations at 7 and its not posted online either.

Super rude attendant! Refused to help with the trunk full of children’s books I had to donate. Usually they will bring cart to trunk to help. I will not donate my things here after that.

I think like most people that have reviewed, I have had a difficult experience with the people that work at this location. I was personally yelled at by a woman that works here. All that considering they are working at goodwill during a holiday season, so I can only imagine that the chaos that happened before she got to me was immense. It is in a difficult location because it is between two pretty popular food locations in the Roseville area. If you are lucky enough to come during the week, that is usually your best bet, the fewer people the better and easier it is to get in and out with your car. They are really hammering down on what they are taking, so make sure that you come ready to bring some stuff back with you- or take it to a different location. Nevertheless, easy for pick drop off if there is nobody else around.

This location was understaffed, just one very rude employee working that was snapping at the customers bringing in donations.

They wouldn't help me move my large bags or allow me to move a cart to help move the items, instead I had to drag multiple bags across the parking lot. They also wouldn't give me a slip saying I donated because they were closing soon.... Its not a huge tax deduction so Its okay but overall very unprofessional.

THIS WAS AWFUL. I was the first person there at 10 am on a Sunday at the Stanford Ranch location. An older man came out and asked what I was donating. When I showed him he tried to tell me he couldn't take it and I'd have to go to the Fairway location. After much arguing, with me stating I had just been by there (with no intention to backtrack), and that NOWHERE does it state limited capacity, I finally told him what he didn't take u would just place in his dumpster. He finally took it all but LORD. Said 'he had no help there and he can't sort it all'. It's not like I slid in 5 minutes to close. Ridiculous. I hope Fairway site knows this guy is rolling them under the bus.

I went to the Goodwill drop off location on sunrise and got turned away because it was 3:05 and they stopped taking donations at 3:00. I had nine boxes of clothing. There's no way I was going to offload them at home again and then I remembered about this location. They're open till 6:00 p.m. Fast, convenient and friendly!
