This girl was on a hunt for a deal.
Not gonna lie there were so weird items but also treasures!
The clothes racks weren't too full or crazy.
Pretty organized store.
Staff was friendly.
Would go back.

Guess I won't be shopping here anymore, since they got rid of the fitting rooms entirely. Not gonna buy clothes I can't try on or return for a full refund

NO MORE FITTING ROOMS.
Upon entering the store, I noticed a huge difference in the layout. Although, more efficient, it lacked the biggest component a store like Goodwill NEEDS. That is, A FITTING ROOM.
I spoke with various employees who noted the change was made by the MANAGER due to “theft”. Im a previous retail worker so Im not naive in that theft occurs most in the fitting rooms. But our company didn’t rid the fitting rooms. They simply adjusted staff to accommodate the fitting rooms. Taking the fitting rooms away is a huge mistake. Staff AND fellow customers I ran into that day were extremely disgruntled by the change. Goodwill receives too many brands, all in which size too differently to not have fitting rooms. Women, in particular, simply size too differently to not have the ability to try on things. I do understand I have the ability to purchase and return for store credit. However, that still limits me to only ever being stuck in the cycle of possibly wasting money on items I don’t know will fit. Perhaps if the item returned can be returned for original cash value I would consider coming back. But lastly, how could anyone be so egregiously indignant towards things given freely and with gracious generosity? I think most would agree it’s not in that they care how much the items are monetarily valued, after donating, but just as long as someone in need receives.

So disappointed that the corporate headquarters decided to no longer have fitting rooms. Definitely won't be buying much
clothing anymore.

Found a box of unpriced jewelry and thought I hit the holy grail of grabs for today. I wanted to know if I could buy all of the box with its contents. So I gave the box to an associate and it was taken to management. The associate came back with an empty box and I was beside myself. Basically their botched assessment of donated items cost them a regular customer. They could’ve had my $2.99 and a happy customer. The company chose otherwise.

The skante warriors they got working here are definitely still up to the no good that landed them working here at goodwill. Over pricing everything. Goodwill needs to look into this location.

Goodwill is a great place to purchase gently used books, clothes, household goods, ECT.... Everything is donated. That is why I was shocked to see a used Jessica Simpson purse was priced at $24, a previously read book was priced for $6 and a used game priced at $9. The same items could be purchased new at T.J. Maxx. I would suggest this goodwill reevaluate their price point.

It's not inflation, it's price gouging when the inventory is donated. What is the incentive to buying secondhand when it is only marginally cheaper? I saw a dog bowl for seven dollars. Nothing special, ceramic dog bowl. The CEOs Make how much? Sickening. This particular location always has lines despite being fairly well staffed and they really love blocking off access to the merchandise with racks placed in front of racks.

I like coming here because I have a few good memories of thrifting here. It is always a hit or miss when searching for something good at goodwill.
.
I have found some awesome clothes here before for work, like name brand work shirts.
.
I also have found a real fur lether jacket here and I was stunned when it fit me perfectly .
.
Loved the good finds for cups and kitchenware unexpected when I come browse here.
.
The service here is good and patient with helping or questions. The value of the items is reasonably priced. Hope this review helps. Thanks for reading and have a yelptastic day.

Prices are way too high. It's a Goodwill, yall get stuff for free... you're better off going to Ross, Marshall's, or TJ Maxx
