Beyond frustrated...Initially I had great customer service. I had bought a bag, after 3 weeks of wear the corner of the leather was peeling. I had went back in and they were so kind to exchange the bag. Within 1 week of wearing it, the SAME problem happened. The corner was peeling. I agreed with the service associate that the style wasn't going to work. I paid the difference and got a new bag, new material and style. After 24 hrs of wearing it. It was peeling once again.. after the service associate reassured me that it would not be an issue. After 3 attempts of owning a Gucci bag in 1 month, it is clearly a quality issue and not the brand for me. The bigger issue is the fact that they are REFUSING to refund me. I don't know about you, but spending $2200+ on a bag that has quality issues I deserve more than a manager shrugging his shoulders saying it's "final sale."I am marching straight to Louis Vuitton across the way and adding to my collection. I have 3 LV bags I've had for YEARS. And never had an issue with quality. Don't waste your time!!!

I have been saving and I knew exactly what I wanted. I'm a teenager and I came in with my mother. I wasn't especially dressed up but by no means did my appearance reflect the stink eye that the associates gave me. The associate did end up helping me after my mother asked "which one of you is available to help?" because all of them were scrolling on their phone when we walked in. Then, an associate named Sydney helped me and she was amazing. Everyone else in the store treated me as if I was invisible and the first impression was that I came into the wrong store. I clearly didn't, and I made a purchase. You can't judge by age or appearance on who has money. Even if I didn't have money I still should have been treated with respect from the beginning.

Bought a purse online and got a text it arrived. I called and asked for a return and they said I had to go in. I never even went and got my item. $1450 later I went in and they said they would refund me with a email. 2 hours later nothing. And called and they said they would call me back. Go to LV across the way. Better service for sure.

This review is mainly for my Gucci SA, Julie Cadena. She is very lovely, nice, and friendly (greets with a big smile :-D). She's also very accommodating in providing the items I am interested in (including the adorable animal print design "Pikarar" by Angela Nguyen, although I didn't get to buy the belt bag that I wanted because it was sold out; I was too late!) - looking up availability, bringing them for me to try on, and taking the time to help me with my choices (I didn't feel rushed or pressured). She also promptly responds to my text messages. My visit to the store is always very pleasant. All transactions have been smooth. Thanks to Julie!Also, while Julie was on her honeymoon vacation, another SA named Eddie (I believe his name was) helped me. He's also very nice, friendly, and accommodating.As for the store selections or items on display, there are so many gorgeous bags and SLGs to choose from. I like how they are all showcased around the the store's very stylish and splashy interior design - very colorful and attractive. I'm in total awe! :-D

I will NEVER and EVER go to this location anymore as I had the worst experience in my life. When my sister and I entered the store we were first greeted and nicely welcomed however a few minutes later the younger Asian lady approached us with annoying questions such as “anything special are you looking for” which was totally fine with us but when she started giving us that weird look with a question like “why in the world are you guys doing here” we couldn’t stay there any longer. instead of helping us out she kept pressuring by asking how much we would spend on. Anyways, once we were told that the other side was above $1700 we decided to leave. I hope the store manager will teach her the right customer service!!!

Kim is the best, kind an patient with me shopping with my 3 year old . The whole store the staff was great distracting him while I shopped, but I want to give the real MVP shout out to her. I loved the champagne given to me while I looked around and shopped. Even tho I did not end up buying that day, the customer service there was 10/10 . Clean and very organized and easy to see what I wanted an didn't want, value is as I said before about LV. Good quality and art is not cheap, but well worth it. Good taste is priceless. This location is wonderful just the staff alone make it so.

I was excited to enter because there was a purse that I had been eyeing online for quite some time. I was so eager, and ready to buy so I went into the store to see it in person. The moment I entered the store I felt as if I was being singled out. Two people in the store followed me, nearly breathing over my shoulder. It's quite a small store, so I felt so snuffy and cramp with people watching over me. The other customers were not getting this treatment, they weren't being followed and stalked like prey. It would be different if they offered help, but it was obvious that they wanted to make sure I wasn't stealing.What a horrible experience and feeling to go through; It ruined my excitement.

Amazing customer service, great selection of quality goods, even though our purse was not available in the store, they had it shipped to our house in less than 72 hours.You must visit while at the Galleria.

I have shopped at this store a few times now and most recently got invited to their one-year anniversary party. What a fun event; with the bubbly and snacks flowing- you seriously can't go wrong. Our SA is Travis, who is the nicest, kindest, most patient man. We have such a wonderful time every time we come in. It is all thanks to Travis, special mention to Jeremy the manager, he also is quite pleasant and friendly. Can't wait for the next event, thank you and cheers to Gucci Roseville!

This particular boutique treats their clients as such: VIP.A×× is superb - warm, positive, and kind. E×××× is personable as well. They will find what one is looking and will make one comfortable while at the store.In here, it feels open and judgement-free as opposed to LV which I was a frequent/regular client of; unfortunately, I was slighted and not even the manager cared to resolve the misunderstanding (refer to LV review for the objective review).In short, I highly recommend visiting and exploring Gucci at Roseville and its products. They consistently value their clients and treat them as they should be treated - with quality and respect.

When I come here, I prefer to see Janice who works there. She's always helpful and doesn't seem so rude. She makes my shopping experience more enjoyable and comfortable. I've never into buying high designer type purses or items in general but thanks to the Adidas collaboration with Gucci that came out summer of 2022, I've been hooked. I love Adidas more than anything lol I made my first Gucci purchase online but finally decided to go to the store to look and try on items. I'm more into casual items, nothing too fancy but i have found pieces that fit my style more than I expected. Thanks to Janice, I rated this 5 stars but if it wasn't for her, it would have been lower due to the snobbish vibe my husband and I get from the other salespersons particularly the guys.
