Terrible service and even worse follow up. I placed an order for 14 interior and exterior doors on 8/17. I was told at the time that they would be in around the 22nd of September. It's now October 14th and the doors are still not in and have been pushed back again till the 29th. With everything going on in the world the delays aren't what bothers me. It's the utter lack of communication and poor customer service that have happened as a result. The date of delivery has been moved forward and back 5 times. Each time there was zero communication from anyone at the store. Every few weeks I would go in to check the status only to be told that it was pushed back again. When asked why there had been no updates I was meet with attitude and bad customer service. I was hesitant in paying for the full cost up front, which they require, and now I regret it even more. I would gladly wait another two months just to spend my money elsewhere. Do not, I repeat, do not use this store for any special order items. You will only be disappointed.

Easily the worst customer service experienced in a long time. We were clearly putting the employees out by asking for help ringing up an item at self checkout, after they refused to open up a line for them to check us out. The employee then argued with me on the price (check the cameras, it's not my fault you misplaced the item), brought in a second employee to try to back her up, then refused to communicate with me. She was a treat and the reason I'll never be returning.

The staff at this location never fail in quality customer service, friendliness, and efficiency. They are always busy and appear short staffed but an associate will always help you if you ask. I'd like in particular to highlight associate manager Baraka. We had ordered an item that was to be delivered in 2 packages but because the shipper had mislabeled the number of boxes, we only received 1 out of 2. When we called to ask how the get the second portion he immediately apologized (though it was not his fault) and went out of his way to correct Home Depot's error. He is so friendly even while being pulled in so many different directions and truly cares about his customers. Please give Barocka a raise/promotion!! He deserves it!!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt it's time to speak up. I'd rate their customer service at 0, specifically Roseville Home Depot. I've now had several bad experiences with their customer service and their staffs attitude toward helping customers is ridiculous. No one wants to help, they just punt you from one person to the next. I've never been to a store where more (male) employees can gather around and complain about how they don't want to actually work. Or make sarcastic comments and do whatever they can to not help you. This place is not worth your time and if Lowe's had my items in stock in the first place I wouldn't have put myself through another waste of an hour only to get an attitude and ultimately decide my project can wait until Lowe's products are in stock. Thanks so much for your complaints about cutting rebar and poor attitude when another employee asked you to help us, Jordan. Roseville Home Depot would really benefit from improved hiring and training of their employees. I've been a customer for years at several other surrounding HDs and they've been wonderful, but Fairway drive is lacking courtesy and professionalism. Today was the last straw and we won't be going back to HD. Shoppers, don't take my word for it, read the reviews, terrible customer service is a theme at this store.

Honestly, screw this store. Every pun intended. Worst customer service ever. I live far away and called to simply confirm they had something in stock as to not waste my time or gas driving there because it's legitimately happened before. I was bounced around on the phone being transferred for 45 minutes and finally got a hold of someone on the floor. I explained how I had been waiting and so grateful they answered and asked if he could kindly check for the item only to have him say verbatim, "No, I'm in hardware." No apologies, just a cut and dry response. The guy who answered is inconsiderate and has poor customer service skills. Their operating system is garbage, no one answers the phone on the floor, and if they do they're zero help. BEWARE.

Susan I., Sales Associate - went above and beyond to help my mother that needed an item that wasn't in stock at this particular location. She called the North Sunrise store and requested to have the item waiting at a specific register for my mom. We are so thankful for Susan, she is kind, efficient and professional. In my opinion, she deserves to be recognized for the Super-Star that she is!

This store is definitely not enforcing masks. Only employees wearing masks what's the point.

I ordered a BBQ from Home Depot Online. The BBQ came a month late and looked like someone played soccer with it before tossing it out of a moving airplane. I still can't believe it was delivered to my house in this condition. See for yourself. The BBQ pieces in the package were so jacked up. I asked how this could have happened to which they blamed COVID-19....

Came here on Sunday to pick up some blinds and other supplies for some repairs I was doing on my rental property. Didn't notice any attempts at the door to limit the # of customers entering, however there didn't seem to be a large mob of customers inside either. While looking for my stuff, 80% of my time was spent wandering around aimlessly looking for an associate to help me. This is literally the most understaffed Home Depot I've ever been to. I can only imagine that they keep their shelves stocked by delegating all of their payroll hours to stockers at the end of the night/early morning. At one point, I saw someone wearing a dress shirt and name tag who looked like a manager giving directions to one of the aproned associates, so I tried to flag them down but they just kept walking past me. For such a large store, although clean and well stocked, they really need more floor staff to help with lost customers who can't find what they're looking for!

Curbside pickup is a joke. Don't hold your breath after checking in for it. I, along with another customer, gave up after waiting for 10-15 minutes. We were the only ones in the curbside pickup area so obviously they just don't care to have any personnel assigned to it. After having to go inside, leaving my family in the car, I found that the Yelp description of "workers wearing masks" is incorrect. Every worker in there I saw was not wearing a mask. It started to make sense--they don't care about curbside pickup, wearing masks, and generally taking this pandemic seriously.

Update for my online order:I was finally able to pick up my order and the boxes are pretty badly damaged. Some of the edges look like they're barely holding together. I can't even open the boxes until I move into my new house which is likely going to be months from now. I just hope my furniture isn't damaged as well
