Our tax agent spoke very little. There was a lot of awkward silence where we didn't know exactly what was supposed to be happening because he did little to no talking during the entire process. I would strongly suggest being more engaging with your clients.

3 years ago my taxes were done professionally I was happy with the service last couple years I am not satisfied I was lucky to get a paperclip and my paper stuffed into an envelope this year had to ask questions about how was your pay my tax price keep going up and up and the quality going down and down next year I think I'll be searching for another Tax Service
