The worker was very rude and disrespectful. He saw we were ready but insisted the person ahead of us “take their time” to continue shopping while we waited like idiots. Guess colored ppl aren’t wanted there

Worst return experience ever. Trying to pick dresses for flower girls we purchased in store. They ordered one to our house since only one size was in store. They weren't the right look so we tried to call to return online. It's 2 hours from our home so to drive back was a lot. They said there was no way to do it online. We had to go back to the store. My daughter took them back with the receipts. They said there was not a way to return them without the debit card we used, even though we had the receipts. I called in with the card while she was there and they still couldn't do the return. We have to go back again. In this era of avoiding in person shopping and online transactions, how is this store so behind the times. We won't shop there again!

Really miss the old management. It changed this past summer and especially the blonde lady, short hair is extremely rude. Janie and jack should probably hire someone nicer, considering how much money customers spend on the clothes there. Most likely not gonna shop here as frequent. Employees can really ruin the experience for you.

Surprised at an abysmal return policy. We got a pair of shoes as a gift but we realized they were too small. Out of necessity our kid wore them for a couple of hours and then we took them in to return. We were told that they were too worn and won't take them back. They wouldn't even do a partial refund for us.The attendant was really unclear too for a minute it sounded like she would let us process them. She could have been much more clear, instead it felt like false hope

Absolutely awful customer service - or lack thereof. I've always shopped J&J for all of my gifts and have always gotten gifts from there. My experience at this store is beyond subpar. I found the manager to be extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I will not be shopping at this store again or online. And now I have no choice but to share my experiences with my friends and family - avoid this retailer at all costs. They have zero respect for their customer and zero attempts at customer service. Go to Nordstrom a few doors down - they always know how to handle their dedicated customers. Their policies, service and demeanor are far beyond s this almost-out-of-business store. The quality of their merchandise - and the customer service to match has sharply declined. And it's clearly obvious. Zero stars if I could!!

Janie and Jack, hands down, has some of the most adorable children's clothing you will ever see. And, now that the sizes have expanded into older children and teens, you can get more bang for your buck. Their clothing holds up very well, but babies and toddlers grow so fast I was hesitant to spend that much money on outfits (although, they always have a great little clearance selection here). The customer service at this store has improved greatly over the years. A woman name Carey/Keri assisted me the last time I was in and was excellent in her service. I went in not intending to purchase but because of her, I ended up making a purchase. I will be back to this location.

Requires a mask even if you are vaccinated. I was the only patron in the store and I couldn't walk two steps without both associates pretending to organize the racks around me. I watched as they both believed to be inconspicuous while they followed me. By the way, I'm a white 30ish female who dresses well and wears a rock worth more than these two robots' yearly salaries combined. I walked out without buying the intended baby gift, and purchased gifts not only for the mom-to-be, but my baby girl as well, at Pottery Barn kids two doors down instead. J&J - The treatment I received was enough to stop me from patronizing you including online. I deserve to be respected when trying to give you business, especially l when your brick and mortar is empty on a Friday afternoon. You can't buy class. But you can train the right employees to do better.

No military discounts. I prefer Arden Janie and Jack not Roseville.

Absolutely Super cute clothing for the kids. The prices though!!! I know my wife loves this place but we can only get like a sleeve or pant leg at a time. Next paycheck babe, next paycheck.
