“I had the most wonderful experience working with Nicholas at Kenny G Jewelers at the Roseville location located in the Fountains shopping center!!!
My husband wanted to give me a ring upgrade for our wedding anniversary, and it was so fun and exciting to shop around and daydream about what I might want. I visited multiple jewelry stores, spoke with many sales associates, and spent a lot of time researching pricing, quality, and available options.
Needless to say, I met a lot of jewelers throughout that process, but when I met Nicholas at Kenny G, his warm, inviting, patient, and completely no-pressure approach immediately stood out to me. Of course, I was interested in the beautiful jewelry and the knowledge he shared, but what truly captivated me was the level of customer service he provided.
I actually took a picture of his business card and kept it in the back of my mind. After careful thought, I realized he was absolutely the person I wanted to work with to create this ring.
I must admit, I can be a bit indecisive. I went back and forth a few times and made several changes regarding what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process, Nicholas remained patient, accommodating, and incredibly detail-oriented. He never once made me feel rushed or as if he was frustrated with my indecisiveness. I genuinely felt that he cared about my experience from start to finish.
I’m so excited because I truly feel like I found my forever jeweler which feels good to have a “go to” person I trust. As long as Nicholas is there, he will continue to have my business because the customer service he provides is amazing.
Not only was my experience with Nicholas a 10/10, but the product itself was also a 10/10. I did a tremendous amount of research both online and in person, and the pricing was absolutely beyond fair for the quality. I am thrilled with the ring I ended up with, the value I received, and the overall experience.
I could truly go on and on about how wonderful this experience was. I would 1000% recommend Nicholas at Kenny G. Everyone I interacted with there was pleasant and professional, so I highly recommend Kenny G in general. But if you have the opportunity to work with Nicholas specifically, you will not be disappointed. “Sabrina was amazing. I walked in wanting a gift for my dad but can’t help but look at all my favorite things. I picked the one I liked and left for lunch waiting to hear my mom’s thoughts on the style and if he’d like it. She gave me her card and when I looked at it to make sure we went back to ask for her by name she had written all my favorite pieces down too so we could reference them at a later time and know exactly what we were looking at. I appreciate the attention to detail that she had while helping us browse. Not only did I get the beautiful watch for my dad but my husband got Christmas/birthday/anniversary ideas.”
“Honestly I wouldn't ever write a review about a Spencer's in a mall but I had a situation where I had to call corporate customer service and manage a whole ordeal. They were extremely helpful and super kind! My problem wasn't even that big of a deal but they took the most extreme diligence and timeliness taken care of it. It actually felt pretty refreshing to get legitimate genuine help from people who care. And it wasn't even that big of a deal. It was awesome!
And, the second time I went in there to do my whole exchange thing that I had to deal with, they let me take advantage of a super great deal that I missed the first time so I was really grateful that I actually got to get the matching set for everything and I only had to spend a dollar more LOL. I love when mistakes made are transformed into my benefit! LOL

“This is my second time in Valiani at the Galleria mall in Roseville. The young woman is such a great helper. She’s also very beautiful. She helped me shop for earrings. Also, the man named Alfonso is very helpful today. He helped me look at engagement rings and he also offered to clean my jewelry and test my jewelry with a diamond tester. I really love this place and have so much fun coming in here. I’ve gotten a good education between the difference in moissanite lab created diamonds and natural diamonds. Definitely check them out.”
