My friend and I came in to do some school shopping and our helper Gabriella was the best! She was so so so kind and helpful she deserves a raise! Made our shopping experience and day 100 times better!

We were given the best customer service by the friendliest associate. Regrettably, I didn't get her name...but she was EXACTLY what service should be. We didn't even buy anything from this location (due to the sizing being primarily adult focused and my son needs a 6). However, she directed us to other options within the mall, even competitors, all in the name of customer-first service. It made such an impression on my wife and I, that we now look at Journey's as a first-stop shop for us. Thank you! We will be back.

Shortly after Christmas 2022 I went to Journeys. The staff was friendly and helpful. I purchased a $199. pair of Doc Martens. I have been unable to wear them but once or twice because of the constant rain. I noticed a manufacturer flaw with the tongue on the left boot and it won't stay in place, but moves to the right after about 10 steps. I went back to the store to see what could be done. The sales person said it's perfectly NORMAL for the boots to be made with this problem and there's nothing that can be done. GRRRR I can't imagine it's normal to pay that much money for something made incorrectly . I then went to the Doc Martens store right downstairs. The staff there agreed that while she has heard of it, it's definitely not NORMAL and if I had bought them there she would replace them. She did give me ideas to possibly redeem my $200 pair of boots. Moral of the story, buy your Doc Martens from Doc Martens and not Journeys.

Really great customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter that didn't quite work out. The associate was very persistent and creative in finding the purchase and helping us find the right pair. Will 100% be back!

I brought my son for his first time to buy skate shoes. And Drew helped us. He made the experience special for my son and I, by talking to my son-not just me-to ask him what he was looking for in a skate shoe. He made lots of good suggestions and with his help found the perfect one. Would definitely go back to have him help us.

I needed to reup on my chucks, the last pair I purchased was about 6 years ago lol talk about being frugal. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Gabriella who was assisting another guests. I picked up two pairs of Chucks and Gabriella offered her opinion on color and I ended up purchasing one navy blue and the color Gabriella chose which is a greyish color. Never seen this color before. The showroom was spotless and Gabriella's customer service is 5 star! This is why the 5th star. The journey at journeys was a successful one thanks to Gabriella and her information on my shoe purchase. Fun fact Nike bought Converse (in 2003 lmao I just looked it up) I need to get out more besides to the eat. I'll be back for my next purchase. SYOY

Dirty, dirty, dirty! The 4 rugs in this store were too dirty to walk on. The floors had huge dust bunnies all over. & we were there at 10:15am so it was like they had a big busy day before we walked in. Disgusting. I was told by the employee on staff they only have 5 employees...that's 4 more than necessary to clean up! What's the Roseville Galleria coming to?? This is not the only store with cleanliness issues.

went into the store NEEDING new shoes after a long trip with my family. i was kindly greeted as i walked through the door by catie who helped me find shoes along with her coworkers abbie and devyn. The three of them were extremely helpful and i left with three new pairs of vans. definitely recommend!
