Is there zero stars? Place is dirty, staff are not professional, and information is inaccurate. Luckily, there are other locations. Drive the extra distance and go somewhere else if you can. Folsom location was great!

The entire process was easy. The staff was friendly and professional. I was seen on-time.
They are located in the rear of the building.

I came here for a drug test without appointment I did a walk in at 8:00am and I checked in and the lady called me up and I did my drug test and was out of there by 8:24am so my experience wasn’t bad at all

I don't see what all the fuss was about but I literally just got out of here for a oral swab test for pre employment. In the front there were 2 ladies, one with a white coat and the other looked like a assistant in scrubs. I checked in through my phone, received the text to come in, came in and gave them my paper, ID and name, the lady in the white coat checked me in and told me to open the door to come inside for the oral drug test.
Went to the back, she explained the procedure, asked me how my day was, did the test, and then by the time we were done which only took like 5-6mins, I signed my papers and I was out the door. Quick and easy. I would recommend just booking the earliest appointments available to avoid wait times.

Rudest people ever! Same as another review I just read. I drove one hour to get there. I called to say I was almost there abd would have my husband jump out to get in the door before they closed. He did make it to the door, but the two women were locking up and wouldn't do his lab work real quick for us. We has to wait an hour and come back! I hate Labcorp offices.

I got there exactly at 11:55. The lady up front (rudely) told me they didn't have time to get me before lunch at noon. I asked if they could make an exception because I drove 25 minutes to get there. She said no you're going to have to come back at 1:00. Again, said it very rudely.
I left and went to another one and a half hour away that was open. They got me in and out in exactly 5 minutes.
The rude reception out front could have absolutely got me in. I watched people walk out to go to lunch before it was even noon. I understand it was close but she could have got me in and she didn't have to be rude about it. Especially since I just went right up the especially since I went to another LabCorp and they did get me in exactly 5 minutes.

I walked in at 10:55 for a drug test got turned away because they start handing out the packet at 11 for lunch and told to come back if you are

Extremely rude lady in the front, did not try to help us figure a way to solve the issue instead pressurized us to figure things on our own. Than yelled at me in front of my loved ones and customers in waiting room, but that wasn’t enough then I was asked to “get out of here”, staff needs to get replaced ASAP. I will never be coming back here or recommend it to anyone. I would give 0 star if i could.

Employment Drug Screening I scheduled online for my employment drug screening on Tuesday for Wednesday... I drove to the wrong facility (at the last minute) I warp-speeded to this facility running through the doors at 2:57 pm. Kristin was at the front desk & immediately told me that drug screenings were done for the day. (gasping out of breath) I explained that it was my mistake also it was the LAST day to have it completed [my employer gave me 24hrs] I was just about to start begging, crying, etc. but she just asked me for my registration ID & said, "if it wasn't the last day then she wouldn't complete my test." Well... I wasn't lying... . ( , ) Nevermind those other reviews Kristin - You are That Girl/A Baddie/Fair & Honest & I'm grateful shout out to the other employees of LabCorp-Roseville

I have been there 3 times and not once have I had a good experience. Their customer service is a joke. Extremely rude staff. Specially the lady set on the left side when you walk in from the entrance
