I came here to get my blood drawn before work and it was a smooth, quick and easy process. I’m afraid of needles/squeamish and Jude was so sweet! She did a wonderful job and it was over before I could even get too anxious. I so appreciated that.

This woman is amazing and needs a raise. Me and my husband both had some fairly complicated blood work ordered by functional medicine doctors. We were both a little nervous about something going wrong. After coming to this labcorp our nerves were set aside. It is run by one woman, but she has 30 years of experience, and there's nothing she hasn't seen. We were there for quite a while and saw how she handles grumpy customers with ease. 5 star customer service, 5 star technical skills. Not one mistake was made, I think we had over 100 labs drawn between the two of us.

First check in thru the automated check in tablet- wants insurance card scanned, side one , side 2. If not properly placed it asked again. Wants drivers license -same scan procedure. Then the human is is the best asks for insurance card again/ same in that was scanned. We used another Labcorp location twice before. It has all the insurance info. Yet Labcorp software is so inadequate the patient must start over each time. Not user friendly. The phlebotomists are outstanding- hard working. The check in is a failure using the tablet. Prepare for time to enter info if no human is available!

I've been to two Labcorp locations. This one has more available time slots when you try to schedule an appointment. I know they accept walk-ins as well, but I'd prefer a schedule. And the lady there, I think her name is Jude(if not Judy, I apologize for my mommy brain, lol), I like her. She's friendly, professional, and quick. Out of the station in less than 3 minutes and out of the building in less than 10 minutes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jude always does amazing! She is always honest about how long I might have to wait and so helpful. She draws very efficient and gentle. I hate getting my blood drawn and she always talks to me through it and helps take my mind off of it, before I know it, she's done! I came in yesterday, she had a full lobby and I didn't have an appointment so I said I would come back today (and make an appointment). I could have gone to another location but Jude is my favorite, I don't like getting my blood drawn by anyone else!

Horrible experience. One person show. And that one person was rude. Never again. Left and went to the Santa Clara location with much better service.

Came to get labs done. Arrived at 2:30. First thing the woman said was I stop drawing blood at 3pm. They are open until 3:30pm. She could not find my electronic order from my doctor so I asked if I could get it faxed. She said you have 20 minutes. Called my doctor who faxed it over. The woman seemed annoyed when she got the fax and acted like she still did not have what she needed. I thought maybe she was being difficult because she was alone but when they called me back it was another woman in scrubs who was very nice and Drew my blood.

This location is nice and quiet, but the lady working here Jude is a nightmare! I don't know how she got the job at this good location. All she does is complain about her job, sighs in exasperation every time a client walks in, even though she has like 2 people to draw. Always acting like she's so busy, even though this location is so much slower than any other LabCorp I've seen. Visibly angry if someone walks-in 30 min before her lunch time. Short and rude with clients if she feels like there's any extra work she needs to do for them, like call anywhere. On top of that, she will lay all of her issues in life on you during your apt whether you asked or not. Unhappy woman, putting her misery on all the patients! LabCorp, please find a replacement for someone more deserving of their job!

What a great experience I had this morning getting my blood drawn by Jude at the N. Sunrise location. Jude is friendly, efficient and an expert at what she does. I highly recommend.

I have anxiety when it comes to blood draws due to bad experiences however Jude put my anxiety to rest and told me everything will be ok and she kept her word the blood draw was quick and easy with no bruising or pain she talked to me the entire time keeping me in good spirits (I had a lot of blood)Jude is truly phenomenal with superior customer service. Ruth did my second blood draw she actually was able to find veins no one else have ever found and drew blood from them it was very informative for me , yet the blood draw was very quick, easy and painless thank you ladies very much I highly appreciate you both.

I have An illness that doesn't make me look sick! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & some days I just feel tired! My joints will ache! I had a total Knee Replacement & I need another one on the Right! Not in a hurry! I had 2 Labs done at GENESIS Labs on 2 different Dates! The Technician labeled each viral & when I found out that The Blood Draws that went to their Labs said the test We're Compromised? I wanted an explanation & no one Could tell me what that meant! I showed up for Appt. Technicians Drew my Blood into the vitals then they were sent to GENESIS LABS & the report for my Doctors were that the Labs were Compromised! This Happened on TWO different occasions! I received a $118.00 Bill from them but they didn't complete their job! This bill goes towards my Deductible but I feel my BlueCross/BlueShield Federal would be upset because We didn't get the Completed Service needed for my Doctors! I have retired but that doesn't mean I'm not Busy! I'm going to write the Head Offices of Genesis Laboratory! This isn't Good Busy Practiced when our Health is on the Line! I'm on Social Security & I wondered if this has ever happened to them!! I don't want this happening to someone that doesn't drive & Gas is Expensive while We Support Ukraine! Blessings to President & their People!
