Repair went great and the service agent Ian was excellent. The office staff seem disorganized, changing my appointment to afternoon instead of morning as agreed upon and contacting a secondary contact for appointment confirmations instead of keeping it to the primary. They changed my appointment back to morning when I called and I asked, which was nice. Overall good service, I will use them again if anything else breaks, but I would recommend scheduling repairs on your day off.
Edit: Per review response I forwarded my concerns to the office so hopefully they will fix the scheduling issues for future customers

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our refrigerator has been broken since July, and it’s now November , four months later, with no resolution in sight.
We purchased the highest level of protection plan offered by Lakeside Appliance, believing it would provide peace of mind. Instead, it has turned into a never-ending nightmare.
They’ve sent repair technicians multiple times. Each time, parts had to be ordered (taking a week or more). The repair attempts failed every single time. Eventually, even the repairman called Whirlpool directly to help “end the claim” so we could get a replacement. Whirlpool required one more test — but that test needed a special gauge the technician didn’t have.
That started yet another cycle:
Week 1: Technician cancels because the gauge didn’t arrive.
Week 2: Still no gauge — appointment rescheduled.
Week 3: Technician never shows for scheduled appointment.
Week 4: I’m told they’ll send a different repairman who actually has the gauge.
Week 5: The new repairman called out sick.
We are still without a working refrigerator after four months. I’ve made countless calls, received countless apologies, but zero solutions. Lakeside Appliance continues to sell this “all-inclusive” warranty with the promise of worry-free coverage — but in reality, it’s an exhausting loop of cancellations, delays, and broken promises.

Geoffrey was very thorough with his evaluation of our Fridgidair stove-range. We were having trouble with the height of the flame on the burners. He ordered the parts and was back the next week to replace them. He got them changed out and adjusted and now they work great.

Very impressed with Geoffrey from Lake Appliance repair. Great communication, fixed my dryer with a part that was sent by the customer service agent who took my call. When I contacted Lake Appliance, the customer service agent listened to my squeaky dryer and ordered part just in case and that’s exactly what the problem was and so happy it got fixed with one service call.

Paul went above and beyond to help me out! I cannot convey how helpful he has been.
I had already been without a washer for nearly a month before I was able to get help, then quoted another three weeks a part. Paul helped with temporary fix so I didn’t have to keep going to the laundromat! As someone with a baby and a new puppy, the amount of time, energy , and money that saved is such a great gift!! He has been so kind and professional

ZERO stars. Only vendor that Whirlpool will work with under warranty so I have no other choice. Worst customer service ever. I have to call them, they don't call the customer and then their service appointment is 3 weeks out, minimum. Customer service reps are not friendly or helpful. Not recommended. Take your business somewhere else.

We’ve used Lake Appliance numerous times and they have consistently provided 5+ star service. Their technician, Geoffrey, was able to analyze the problem and provide the necessary corrections in a timely, accurate and professional manner. They are fortunate to have him on their team!
