We love Living Spaces! My husband and I purchased a recliner and now we’re here with my father. He was looking for a new couch and Brittany helped us the entire process. She was so kind and provided all the details. She also made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable when looking for the couch we needed! We appreciate her great customer service! We definitely recommend Living Spaces to everyone!

I will never again buy from this company, I will return to trusty RC Willey. Bought a couch a little over a year ago, bought the extended warranty, first issue came under a year in and had to go through hoops to have it fixed. Second issue (recliner just stopped working altogether) came just over a year so used the extended warranty which is why we bought it. Have now been fighting with them for over 4 months to have it replaced. I have to talk with someone at the warranty company each time I call that is clueless. Was told they wouldn't fix it even though it was under warranty, had to keep calling to finally get someone with some intelligence to understand the issue. Finally had a repair person come and say it needed a replacement motor, they would order. Never received the part, was never contacted. Finally a random email saying they weren't replacing the part and instead I could have the entire unit replaced or I could take $200 for it. I chose the replacement after verifying Living Spaces still had the unit in stock. Was told my replacement was approved and I would hear from Living Spaces within 3-5 businesses days, 11 days later with no word I have to call them. Then the customer service individual again has no idea what is happening I have to read him the email, he says I have to contact warranty again! I tell him no, warranty is done and Living Spaces needs to replace the recliner. He puts me on hold for 10 minutes comes back and tells me to call back on Monday, they don't have it in stock and maybe on Monday they will. So you can bet on Monday I will have to go through this entire thing again because they are clueless. Their customer service is horrible, there is no way to speak with an actual person at the local location. The warranty company they use is terrible! Never again! Shame on you Living Spaces!

My husband and I went back to Living Spaces (LS) when we decided to buy a new bed. Previously, we bought our sectional and dinning room we have had nothing but good experiences with LS and the quality of the furniture is excellent!! We went to the store and we were greeted by Pamela in the sleep section and she very patently took us around to all the beds and helped us each find the perfect mattress we bought the Cadillac of beds but we deserve it!! It has an adjustable base and we each have our own remote & type of mattress we like. My husband was medium firm I’m all about the Cush so that’s what I picked. Pamella never pushed or pressured that’s not the LS way which is why we keep going back!! We got 600$ in coupons to spend in the store!! We are so excited out mattresses are arriving any more moment!! Tonight I will be massaged to sleep☺️ Pamella was great I highly recommend LS they have the best people working for them she was extremely knowledgeable about all the beds!! Thanks again for all your help Pamela we will see you soon to buy our pillows!!

Went in to buy a new mattress and not sure we were ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. Appreciated Boyd, sales person, who did not pressure us at all. We purchased a mattress. Very happy with our decision. Special shout out to Boyd.

I would give 10 stars if I could to Thomas. He is the best sales person ever! He will take the time to understand the decor and style you’re looking for. He understands colors and will show you what things will look like in different lighting. I ordered my sofa and had to choose from too many shades of gray. He quickly got what I wanted and showed me in natural light vs store lighting. I can’t believe how easy he made everything and I know I got the right sofa.While I was waiting for Thomas, Diana helped me with some questions. She was very helpful and explained the differences between certain sofa lines. She was so kind and sweet.

Worked with Kate who was super helpful and personal. She actually listened to our needs and provided excellent guidance without the whole sales process. Aside from point of sale the store is beautiful, lots of selections for all price ranges, and was very inviting. Huge fan of living spaces and looking forward to our new couch being delivered soon.

Incredible experience at Living Spaces Roseville! Pamala was an absolute delight in every way. She made herself available for questions without making us feel rushed, while remaining friendly, warm and accommodating. She made the ordering process feel comfortable, seamless and calm. She also was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions and think through our purchase. She was funny too! We left with smiles on our faces and ready to make another purchase soon! The showroom was also one of the best I’ve seen, with a wide selection of high quality furniture for every taste and budget. We will be back!

We just had the worst experience at this store .. we purchased a couch with chase lounge yesterday and today we drove back to pick it up with a Trailor meanwhile we drove 2 hours and when we got to pick up they had the couch all packaged and ready and when the guy was getting ready he said oh u only purchased half and u owe 600.00. So I said well why is it here ready and packaged for me? He couldn’t explain so the associate came out and said I’m so sorry I messed up so I said well that wasnt my fault and basically the manager blamed me and wouldn’t admit they could help me out so I said wow the integrity at this store is horrible and I got my money back and will never be back !

I love Living Spaces. I’ve shopped here for years and am always happy with the quality of the furniture and the prices. The store in Roseville is very clean and well staffed with helpful and knowledgeable employees. Brittany and the other employees who helped me were great. The couch I bought today, Ginger Denim, had amazingly great lower back support without additional pillows so we looked under it to see the construction of the couch and it is so well made. I highly recommend this place for stylish comfy furniture you’ll love!

It was an easy drive to the location, it's a large showroom with lots of nice looking stuff, the sales folks did not intrude or push. We found something we liked, and it should be here in a few days. Hope the delivery is as good as the buying process.It's 4 days later:The items arrived within a few mins of the projected time (window started at 6 hrs, shortened to 3 the day before and was 1 hr as the truck got closer). It went well, items look good. Happy

I bought a large rug here on 5/6 and the sales associate said I would receive a tracking number within 10 business days of our purchase. No tracking has been received up until today (5/25).On 5/19 I tried to call into the store directly but could not find a contact number except the 800 number online. I called and spoke to a whom said that she had no information from the vendor on when they would receive tracking. She told me there was a delay and I should get tracking on Monday 5/22 latest if not to call back.Of course Monday comes and nothing...I call them back yesterday and spoke to another person who said they still have no information on when the rug would be delivered. I asked to speak to someone at the store directly or if there was a contact number and he said he didn't have that information...This whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Do not waste your time or money here. Horrible customer service and you'll just get the runaround from them.

Such a great shopping experience. I loved being able to look, sit and try out everything. The staff was helpful but not pushy. And I liked that I could just sit and chill on a couch to really try it out. I truly believe that because the staff is not paid on commission you get more helpful feedback than someone trying to up-sale you to make money. I’d buy here again.

First time being in living spaces, and I had such a welcoming experience. We arrived at 7 and everyone was very helpful and patience. Matthew was the representative that aided me in finding the perfect couch. He was very informative and knew the answers to all the questions I had. I assumed coming in so late that I would feel rushed but that wasn’t the case. There is a huge kids area with an indoor jungle gym. Will definitely be coming back.
