I'm really surprised by the poor reviews. I've been shopping here regularly for about 6 months and the staff is usually friendly. The clothes are cute and there's a good selection for work and weekend clothes. Their size section could be better, about half the time they're out of my size.

My student daughter is visiting and we needed to stock up on summer clothes so we headed to the Loft. Here we found lots of cute dresses, tops and shorts. Many things were on sale, yea! Tidy, well organized store that had good inventory. All employees were really helpful and pleasant. I'll be back.

The Loft is my favorite store. For years I have shopped at the Loft store in Santana Row, San Jose. This sounds like a hugh disappointment come time for us to Lincoln next few months:(

Awful customer service! I bought a shirt + a pair of pants and they folded each into tiny rolls and crammed both items into this tiny little bag made more for a scarf or underwear? I asked for a bigger bag and she said they don't have one?! what r you going to do if I bought 5-6 items ... put each of one of them into their individual small bags?! Just not acceptable. The Loft Outlets in Folsom or at Arden gave way better service than here. The manager or district manager need to re-evaluate and re-train the stuff here.

The worst customer service ever. Been here twice, was never greeted at any point in my visit. This is a Loft for goodness sakes ; what's with the attitude? Bad customer service is never ok specially at an average chain store!!!! Get over yourselves!!!!

I have been to this location three times now over the last 2 years, each time I am confronted with less than stellar service. The fact that this location has such stuck up employees is laughable. It is Ann Taylor LOFT, not some specialty boutique in Beverly Hills. A couple of them were bustling around the store putting new merchandise out and were clearly put off by the fact that customers were in their way (were talking eye rolling and exasperated gestures) It's Mothers Day weekend, so they were busier that usual. I simply needed to try on some pants (available online and in store). I really like a couple of their denim styles but wanted to be sure of the fit before ordering. Needless to say they fit great and I don't plan to step foot in the Roseville store again. If I have to try something on, I will make the drive to Vacaville. There was a sweet girl at the front that greeted us while we looked around but that was about it. Cold, cold women work there. If you enjoy being given the cold shoulder, or like being treated as an unwanted shopper go to Roseville, Ann Taylor Loft. They will certainly provide you will the lowest level of customer service.

Horrible customer service.They need to retrain their employees on customer service. I went there two weeks ago and spent over $400 on work clothes. The girl that helped me that day was great.A week later, I returned to buy sweaters, and I was wearing my gym clothes. The girls that worked that shift were so rude, judge mental, and disrespectful to me and my daughter, that I will never want to go into that store again. I feel so sad, because I really like their clothes. My friend introduced me to the Loft clothes, and she buys it all on line because she had the same experience with the customer service at the Roseville location.Managers please work with your employees on customer service.

RUDEST associate ever!! I am still in disbelief over the encounter. As soon as I walked up to the counter to get a price adjustment she was giving me so much attitude for no reason! Apparently they don't price adjust something that you bought 5 days ago unworn with receipt for the new sale price. I told her I would just like to return it then and I can re-buy the same item at the lower price. She didn't like that so she did me a favor with attitude and credited me the $15 and mentioned that normally they can't resell the item they would have to hold it for 24 hours lol. Whatever! I can order online! That is the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard of and if it's true she could of informed me in a more pleasant manner! If you like to shop with terrible customer service visit this store otherwise I'd just order online!!
