Every time I come to Roseville Jared I always have the best service. Eric was absolutely amazing and helped with all questions, orders, needs, and repairs. Came in for 2 repairs and left with an order for new beautiful ring. Truly unbeatable service and not just Eric but also Sonya and Kelsey. We went to Jared's to look for my wedding band and was helped by Julie Belcher. I had an idea of what I thought I wanted and she showed me all of those ones. Then she showed me a style I had not shown any interest in and that was the one! Juile was professional, personalible, funny and kind. She made the whole experience easy and fun! We will definitely be going back in the future and sending others her way.

I popped by here after calling multiple places looking for same day ring resize and Sonya was able to come to the rescue! She was hands down one of the best and friendliest people in sales that I’ve met in a VERY long time.. She took the time to get to know me personally and talk with me while my ring was being adjusted, at no point in time was she pushy or give off that sleazy vibe you get from some salesman. Extremely professional and clearly knew what she was doing. I highly recommend her and Jared’s for your jewelry needs. If you come here, ask for Sonya!

Louie was the absolute best anyone could ever ask for! There were multiple issues with my ring, first the setting was not shipped.He took care of that with a vengeance! When the stone I chose was somehow wrong he made everything right and was just absolutely so amazing to work with. When I still didn't like how high everything was sitting they graciously helped me pick out a custom head and now I have the ring of my dreams. Go here for your rings and ask for Louie!!

My wife received a 1980s waterfall style diamond ring from her mother's estate, her mother and herself having been lifetime residents of California, it was important to take it to some one whom we could trust and Eric made us feel at ease entrusting this precious heirloom to Jared for sizing.
