I waited 20 minutes at package wire! Still no one. A member walked by, not his department, but said I will find someone. No one. Pushed that assistance button 3 more times. No one so went to homedepot.... i understand you gotta prevent stealing. But it wasn't even busy!.

I had a problem with how a purchase was handled so I called to try and get it resolved. Called Lowe’s customer care, was transferred to the customer care team who transferred me to the installation support team. They transferred me to the sales person who informed me there is nothing can be done. I explained I will just return the product as I am within the time frame and was told “that seems like a lot of work”. It’s too bad because Lowe’s had always been the one with great customer service.

Lowe's has been pretty consistent across the board in terms of helpful and friendly staff, cleanliness, and just a decent overall shopping experience. This one is no exception, it's a very good store.

Went to the kitchen remodel section to research a countertop. Found that they do supply wilsonart thinscape counters, but have to order special and have a 90 backlog. The person in charge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'd go back again to asked questions. Found everything else I needed.

We made two big purchases for the same vinyl floor at Lowe’s on 12/18 after speaking with associate named Jackie, she was amazing in her assistance and told us that if prices go down within 30 days, we should come back and they will happily do price adjustment for us with the proof of receipt. Today, the same vinyl floor tiles were listed with price cut by 50%.We were told by Jackie to go to Customer Service for the price adjustment and we dealt with another cashier named Dawn. Initially,she told us to bring the picture of the salesprice to her, which I did. She agreed the price was cut in half and called for a manager to override. However, Dawn and asst. store manager tried to adjust the price to only for one transaction. While in process, when asked about the other transaction, Asst. Manager told Dawn to call store manager Amanda, so she can override.Somehow none of the transactions were being price adjusted at this time and were asked us to wait.We were told to wait because she was with another customer, which we did. We stepped away and sat on the bench, just waiting. Dawn apologized for the long wait (almost 30-40 mins) and told us to walk back to Appliance section where we could ask for Amanda.Amanda finally came to the customer service area and without even hearing the entire conversation from Dawn, she quoted “I am not going to do the price adjustment”. We tried explaining to her but she wouldn’t listen.We had waited at the store for almost 2 hours and then being told Amanda can’t do the price adjustment because she didn’t want to, while it is completely contradicting what we were told by Jackie, Dawn, and another manager. Suddenly, Amanda’s call for not doing the price adjustment.This whole episode was excruciatingly painful for us as consumers, as we feel DECEIVED & MISINFORMED during our purchase. We even opened a LOWE’s credit card for these transactions per their suggestion during the purchase.In the end, we were asked to leave after all these discussions between us and management. We feel HELPLESS and CHEATED by LOWE’s by this whole experience. We don’t know what to do now….

You guys need to update your hours of operations on Google. Super frustrating to see you’re open until 10p on Google and make the trip to the store at 9:10p… just to see you actually close at 9p.Oh well, seems that my home projects always require two or more trips there anyway and the plumbers putty I need to install my garage disposal will be no different.

I do not recommend shopping at Lowe's. They advertise a price match guarantee but do not actually do what they advertise. Can't trust this box store.

I purchased two appliances a refrigerator and downdraft stovetop/oven at Lowes. The prices were OK. The installation services were the worst I have ever experienced. They were totally incompetent. First, the installers of the refrigerator could not connect the icemaker line. I had to do it myself I paid for an inspection of the location of the new stovetop to make sure it would fit and all necessary utilities were in place. The inspector said the new stovetop was to wide and recommended a $300 countertop cutout enlargement to make the new stovetop fit. I looked up the specifications of the new stovetop, and the installer who recommended enlarging the cutout was absolutely wrong. The existing cutout would fit the new stovetop. A month later, the stovetop was delivered. The second installer looked at the installation location and stated that Lowe's did not sell downdraft ranges and he could not install it. Being totally frustrated, I told him not to deliver the range and take it back to Lowes. It should be noted that Lowe's does not refund costs for their contracted installers. I had to apeal to the Lowes store manager to get this portion of the cost refunded. So the only saving grace of this whole fiasco was that I was able to get a full refund.
