Not a happy customer! I will not be buying from Lucky Brand in the future. I live in the mountains and often buy things online to save on gas. That said, I often purchase online. I did just that after falling in love with a pair of jeans advertised. I received them, put them on and they fit. I washed them with cold water and hung dried them. I put them on and they fit much tighter than before I had washed them. I called the Roseville store and spoke to the manager. I informed her of everything I had done and just want to exchange for a larger size. She would NOT budge or offer me a one-time exception by returning them despite being washed. Coming from Nordstrom and working in customer service for years, I was appalled she offered no help or rectifying the situation. She basically said, "sorry but it is our policy and too bad". I hung up after she kept talking over me. I don't condone ever acting this way but I was treated like trash and have never had a bad experience at all the other department stores I frequent at for jeans. UnLUCKY for them, they just lost a loyal customer.

I purchased two pairs of pants from the store after the sales girl said they would not shrink in length. However, after washing, they did shrink and no longer fit in the length.I just went back to exchange them for a longer pair, and they would not exchange them. These pants have not been worn. I did not want money back. I just wanted a pair that fit, and they flat out refused. I have never had that happen in a store before. It's unbelievably horrible service I will spread the word out of spite.I guess I shouldn't be shocked as they already have just three stars and several bad reviews.

I came here the other day for a job interview and as soon as I came in I noticed how clean it smelled and how well organized it was this impressed me right away appearance says a lot I just wish this store carried plus sizes and the girl working informed me that you can order additional sizes online and get it shipped to your home for free which free shipping is always a nice benefit and it saves you a little bit of money anyways I waited about 10 minutes for the hiring manager to come back from her lunch break the manager Monica seemed like she would be a fun boss work with unfortunately I was not selected for the job which bummed me out but I do not hold any grudges and no hard feelings this establishment provided me with a wonderful experience they definitely definitely have a wide selection. I wish they had the plus sizes in store. The girls said they should be getting them in next year so I will be looking forward to that then I highly recommend this establishment for everybody. They have women and men's clothing. They definitely have something for everybody. Great establishment, great friendly staff. I look forward to my next visit here again very soon. Thank you for the awesome experience and good interview thank you again happy holidays and happy Thanksgiving to come :-)

I worked for Lucky years ago, and have been in many, many locations in dozens of states, so sometimes I can be a little judgy of the stores. This little bleacher store continues to impress me with its service and standards. Truly some of the best staff I've met nationwide - they're engaged in the product, the Company, and industry trends. While the product has been up and down over the years, I hope the Company knows what an internal trove the Roseville store is. I keep going back.

This is the worst place in the world. If I could give it zero stars I would. The two girls working treated me like scum. Extremely stuck up and rude. I honestly felt like just because I didn't have my hair or makeup done that I was the bottom of the barrel to them. There loss though. I just went upstairs to buckle were I dropped $300 and was treated with respect.

My fav store for jeans!!!! I have medium curvy body 5'3". Love the skinny fit! Lolita and Ava are my go to! My jeans are 80% from here! I usually wait till Jean sale because you really get a deal for great jeans ! Just got my fav pair on sale for back up a year later the Lolita skinny in woodruff, they are so comfy and a year later still my fav , everyday go to jeans!!!!! The ladies were helpful and friendly!

Great staff when I arrived, immediately willing to help with whatever I was looking for. Bought several items, not sure what I would keep. Said I might return a few items and they said no problem as long as I kept the tags on. Did so and got a refund with no issues.
