We walked in not knowing what we wanted. We met a sales rep named Marlene. She spent weeks with helping us decide, hours of going over configurations with us, and stayed very up to date about everything with delivery and various information about our order. We were very impressed with her. If I had any questions she'd get back to me within minutes. She was sweet and positive and made getting our first couch a delight. Thank you Marlene and Macys.

Excellent customer service. We dealt with Gary who made our experience amazing. Even after our delivery he has been here for us making sure we love our sectional. Appreciate it all and will definitely be buying from Macys furniture for any future needs.

Ordered a couch in store in July (Roseville). Was told a November delivery. January comes and it's finally delivered with a large stain and tags from Crate and Barrel. Wth? We refused the delivery and were told we could except re-delivery in April. July comes (a full year from the original order) and we decided to cancel because they still could not give us a set delivery date. They refused our cancellation (we initially gave a deposit). We called the store and customer service several times to express our dissatisfaction with their lack of transparency and customer service. They finally agreed to refund our deposit. It took us six weeks to receive our deposit back (and many phone calls). That would be the last time we ever do business with Macys furniture!!

I purchased furniture from Macys primaRiley because of the "Worry No More" Warranty. When I had trouble removing stains from the fabric. that was promoted as EZ to clean. i was told Macys would not stand behind their Warranty. When questioned the Store Manager about the terms of the Warranty, he refused to discuss the matter and demanded that I leave the store. The Macys staff member who came to my home told me the stains could not be removed. I contacted a local furniture cleaning service and they were able to remove all of the stains at my expense. my final comment is, when Macys says "Worry No More". Start Worrying

We enjoy all our Macys furniture this is just one room:) Reclining leather sofa is comfy :) Cooking & watching movies, football... kitchen is open to this den! Relax ...

A really poor experience today purchasing furniture through one of the floor sales people who after numerous mistakes clearly needed training on using their order system which resulted in three hours of frustration to order 5 chairs. Our salesperson was Jack. We won't go back to this store and strongly suggest if you want to purchase furniture from Macy's that you just do it online because it will be easier and ultimately less expensive.

My first visit 8 years ago went pretty well until they sold me on their warranty called "Worry no more" If you don't use it in 7 years, you get it back. Sounds great until you try and get your money back There is a lot of fine print they don't tell you about. After hours on the phone 8 years later, the warranty company told me I have to call to get the money back within 3 months when it expires in 7 years. I was excited I even remembered. I asked them to let me know where that stipulation is in the paper work and it was not there. The warranty company finally gave me the money back and then I find out it's a voucher for Macys furniture store that I have to use within 90 days of issue. I went to the store to use the voucher and when I went to use the voucher, I was told I can't use it for the shipping cost and was charged $125 to ship it 30 miles when I was willing to bring it home myself Then I was told, unless I spend the exact amount or more, it will void the voucher. I will never step in this store again They sure don't explain the details and I feel the warranty is a scam. Ask questions and read the fine print This is my personal experience and opinion This is not the Macy's I've grown to love

It's not about this location, but Macy's itself. They had a bonus gift card promotion for mattress sales, but they don't honor it even if you provide all the information on time. Buyer Beware.

The staff was nice and helpful. BUT for Macy's Furniture business model, zero stars. Went into the store to buy a couch in May 2023. Found one we liked. The price and style were very similar to what Living Spaces carries. We were ready to purchase, and this was what got me livid - the delivery fee for this 4 piece couch was 250$ on top of the advertised price. If you wanted the item to be brought into your house - $299... This 4 piece sectional could fit into a standard pick up truck in one shot, and we live 1 mile away. Macys has NO option to pick it up yourself, not from the store or even a warehouse. The $250 fee is MANDATORY and not advertised in the sale price. My question is, why not just add the fee into yhe advertised price??? There is no way around this made up "fee"! Can't blame the pandemic anymore. Seems somehow illegal. Out of principle, will not buy here as this seems like "legal" robbery because they can. Shame on you Macy's!Update: purchased online due to memorial day sale, and fee down to 199$ for delivery... 1 box, 2 items in one box. Gosh, the film is even color coded.... still managed to screw it up

Purchased a floor sample sectional and paid $3,500 for it 10 months ago. The original purchase price was $10K so I thought it was a great deal. Within the last 10 months the structure of the couch completely broke down. The wood has completely collapsed on the interior and there is no option for repairing it. The customer service has been challenging to deal with and due to the fact it was a floor sample they have no interest in helping. Be very aware when you make a purchase from Macys Furniture and never buy a sample.
