SHOPPERS BE WARNED!!!
Macy’s account CLOSING and OPENING is a SCAM perpetrated by their salespeople (Filipino salespeople mostly) Sales personnel will entice unsuspecting shoppers for additional discount. They’ll let you input ur SSN, saying they’ll check ur CURRENT account.
Then BOOM! She told me, she OPENED me a NEW ACCT! That the OLD CARD IS NO LONGER VALID! She told me to wait for the NEW CARD! I SAID WHAT??? I DIDNT ASKED FOR A NEW CARD! I was just asking her if I could get additional discount for a USED purse.
I had few more errands to run that day had to go.
1 day later, got msgs from credit bureaus letting me know if new acct was legit. One of the bureaus lowered my credit points from 763 to 753! 10 POINTS!
Then NEW CARD ARRIVED. NEW card has $2K credit limit! WHAT??? Salesperson opened a new acct (WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR) got $2K DECREASED credit limit (THE PREVIOUSLY CLOSED HAD $3K); LOWERED MY CREDIT SCORE BY 10 POINTS AND WHAT??? FOR A $10 DISCOUNT! grrrrrrr?

It was a little crazy as the high school girls were all shopping for their prom dresses but I enjoyed talking to some of them. The cashier was delightful.
Two years later.
Today when I went in for the one day sale, it wasn't busy at all. Bought a couple of great tops for myself and two shirts for my husband. Great prices! Both of the assistants who checked me out were delightful. Love Macy's sales!

My wife and I went in to buy a fragrance and was greeted by Kannon who didn’t even work in the department he greeted us in, he seen we needed help and he went out of his way to help. He works in the women’s YSL fragrance department he was so helpful and so professional we got YSL Black opium and his professionalism was on point and customer service is a 10/10!!! AMAZING will only buy from him from now on.

predatory indian girl at the cashier signed me up for a credit card without me realizing. told me to punch my phone number in, my name and address and social then realized the problem right after. awful person!! trynna meet quotas!

Always quiet at Macy’s in Kona. Great place to sit and submit reviews for Google Maps while the other half shops for clothes or shoes. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We have shopped at Macy's for years. This store is in a nice location. Always able to find what we need and they always have many brands to choose from. Today service was slow as there were not that many employees working. There were long lines to check out in every department we went to. Everyone seemed ok waiting, and the employees were friendly. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.
