Magnolia has serviced our home for years . And if you are a Woman please note they will never talk to you . I can’t work any of the following items - out door speakers - out door tv - security cameras - indoor surround sound - all worthless because we have never ever been to given instructions ..because I am not the one who ordered these items . We have spent thousands upon a thousand on this “state of the art “ garbage . So intricate I am held hostage by my husband because he is the key holder to all of this because they never ever give A manual - I hate this place - I hate every thing about it …they have made my husband a gate keeper to my freedom. Go anywhere else - sincere Kate Klein who has a $50,000 sound system in her home and can only play it if her husband is here - so lame !! I just need written directions !!!! I am off to anywhere else to put on a different system so I can use it . Maybe Costco or maybe I just spend 1,000 on boom boxes ? There stuff is so techy and pricey it is useless !

These guys go above and beyond, I bought a $1200 Samsung Q8 that ended up having burn in issues after less than 2 months. They replaced the TV with the next model up the Q80 a $1700 TV no questions asked, I couldn't have been in the store more than 10 min. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
