This place is kind of a necessary evil. The staff seem absolutely miserable. Everything is slow and difficult. I patronize them so I shouldn't complain. I needed a cheap tux so that was fine. But it's not exactly a Nordstrom experience.

Your experience at MW is directly related to the person helping you. If you get a good associate then your visit is upwards of 5 star. If your salesman isn't on their "A" game, quite possible you will go the "mall" next time.

Came in with my boyfriend so he could get sized for a wedding we’re attending. After waiting at the desk for a while, watching several workers come by only to be ignored, finally one of the workers seemed to be approaching us. As he’s coming by, he asks us how we were doing. After my boyfriend tells him we’re good and that he was just looking to get sized, the worker kept walking past us and didn’t even stop nor turn around while he told us “he’d be right with us” in a super dismissive way. We decided to give it a chance and waited another 5-6 minutes on top of the already 5 minutes we were ignored. That might seem like a minuscule amount of time but it really wasn’t considering we were the only customers there besides one other guy, I’d be a lot more understanding if it was busy but that really wasn’t the case. You would think that if you were standing in front of the wedding attire desk for a long while, someone would be bound to help you. Unfortunately all we got were several glances from the workers and a guy who told us he’d be back just to wander back and forth with no sense of urgency. Disappointing ):

Great service, busy location. I went here looking to purchase a suit, a very helpful young man by the name of Weyland spent lots of time helping me find something I liked in my price range and offering tips on what to look for. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the only Men's Warehouse in the area, the other options are to drive south to Folsom or Sacramento, or north all the way to Chico. So they will be busy, worth the wait in my case.

Today I was in the Men’s Wearhouse, where I tried on a suit I purchased.I left the store. I left my phone behind the lady that was assisting me . Took it upon herself to answer my phone and then come running out in the parking lot yelling hey KenYou left your phone some lady called. I told her you and your girlfriend was out in the parking lot and you had left your phone at the Men’s Wearhouse Roseville as a result of her actions this young lady which called my phone, which I had a PPO out on caught up to me and my lady friend on Gratiot Avenue crashing into her car. This is the kind of service you get a Men’s Wearhouse in Roseville.

Ive tried coming into this store multiple times and reluctantly had to leave because the staff is not interested in helping me at all… this is much more frustrating this time because i was there to get suits for a wedding. Planning a wedding is very stressful and this was not helpful to our planning at all. I hope this store turns around and gets sales people who are eager to help customers as they walk in.

Worst Men's Wearhouse Experience Ever!I work 6 days a week as an Sales Manager an hour away (645am-745pm door to door) and left work early for the occasion that my son waited all day for. Drove hurriedly for an hour and half in pouring rain to pick up my son and get to MWH at 8 at the Roseville Galleria location 12/06/2023We were finally confronted with rolling eyes, annoyed and ultimately not wanting to be-here attitude by Janelle, who I am told is a store manager?!?!I have been a faithful client for over 20 years and loved working with Victor at your now-closed Sunrise locationMy 13yo has just won a place in the prestigious CMEA Honor Band which he has worked so hard to accomplishThis was to be our first Father-Son outing to MWH to find Concert Black/Tux for his performance on the 15th of this month - which should have been an awesome bonding experienceShe was very rude, disinterested and insulting, my son literally asked "did I do something wrong?" which crushed my heartAnother couple even left due her behaviour and the girl looked at my son and I wide-eyed and gave a nervous laugh as they were also, unfortunately receivers of her behaviorShe actually told us that that we need to "go to Burlingame coat factory for kids clothes" - he is 5'7" with a 12" neck and 30 inch arm length and and a size 14-16 pantsI mentioned that I would love to get a rental tux, to which she replied "that most likely won't be the right size when it arrives anyway and there was not enough time - his concert is 9 days away!I understand that my son is of mixed race and does get looks ect from time to time, I really hope this is not the reason for her attitude toward himAbsolute worse experience but a good example to my son for good vs horrible customer serviceI cannot believe this transpired and not sure about what is happening with MWH
