Most unhelpful staff. The manager is in charge of 28 stores and can’t be bothered to respond with even a text after promising to for 8 days since they have been open. Ready to hire a lawyer because of absolute law violations.

We had to wait in line for a little while for a customer ahead of us, but we received excellent customer service once it was our turn. My only complaint is regarding how hot it was inside the store. The temperature should be monitored and kept at a more suitable degree for their customers.

I have been to this Metro in the past and have had really poor customer service. I have had the staff rush me out the door, brushed off my questions, and talk down at me making me feel like a dingdong. Not this time. I was helped by such a positive gentleman named Leo. Leo spoke with confidence and he encouraged others to speak with confidence. He has that, "You can do anything if you set your mind to it!" demeanor about himself. He made sure that I understood how to navigate smoothly with my new device. He was able to answer all the questions that I had about charging it, storage on the device, and even put the screen cover on it for me, And explained the importance of having insurance. In all the years I have never had anyone ever tell me that insurance was even an opinion. The one thing I really noticed was how helpful he was with all the other customers. He really took his time with everyone making sure they left satisfied. No question was too big or too small. However, he was able to get the folks in and out in a timely manner. Leo was so polite and so approachable. He was the only team member working during that time when customer anxieties were super high, yet he managed with grace, and positivity. It really was the best experience I have had with Metro and I have been a customer for a million years. THANK YOU LEO!!!

The customer service at this store is horrible! The lady at the desk was soo lazy.I asked her if she can update my credit card for auto pay she said she couldn't do it and that I needed to do it online. Then I requested her to transfer my number to my new phone, again she said the same thing. Next day, I went to Metro at Roseville parkway and Beto the guy there helped me with all my requests..

The customer service provided by Metro PCS is top-notch, and they consistently offer great deals! I was able to successfully transfer both my sister and my line to Metro PCS without any complications. Leo assisted us and the process was very smooth as we wait patiently. Upon waiting, Leo was able to help me and my sister secure an even better deal by saving $20 each! I was surprised and happy because these deals aren't really given unless asked, yet Leo was very generous and selfless to offer these deals as it helped me a lot especially being a broke college student. I wish him and his colleagues get the recognition they deserve and success!

Lilly was unbelievably efficient, knowledgeable, and got me the most amazing deal. I went to a couple of other Metro stores and they did not even come close. Thank you Lilly, you made my Xmas. Have a great holiday for being such a great, kind, sales person!!!!

While metro may be the best of lil prices for phones and service, the store in inexplicably staffed with uneducated personnel, and even worse- if you go in to pay your bill they charge you a $4 'convenience fee' which is absurd.
