Went to turn my phone on a phone that I brought(myself) and also add a mobile hotspot because I couldn’t get the home one , I asked the guy who was helping me about a phone case because my phone didn’t have one (I DID NOT WANT IT RIGHT THERE AND I STATED I DIDNT BECAUSE HOW EXPENSIVE THEY WERE) he charged me for it , I haven’t been able to go back out there because I don’t reside in that area so I’m lost of funds due to other metro by t mobile’s not being able to help me because it wasn’t their store. I should have just paid $133 plus tax not sure but I paid $182

LUIS WAS AMAZING!!! I have been having phone issues for the past few months, and I have been to 3 different Metro stores in the area, and Luis was able to help me out so much with a new phone! Not only did he find the perfect phone match for me, he was able to walk me and my wife through our bill to better understand all of our amazing deals. ?? I was on the verge of leaving Metro all together, but one experience here and Luis has completely changed my whole outlook. We were lucky to have walked in when Luis was there! Thanks!!

Someone needs to give this ladies some training on customer serviceI asked a few simple questions and all i got was Nope, Nope, keep calling until Bryan the manager gets here .Wow!!!Apparently this woman doesn't know how to do anything and is telling me to go back until the manager "Bryan" is there

Poor customer service and the guy in there gave us bad and incorrect information about services. Poor communication and bad attitudes in this Metro PCS environment. Don't buy phone from this location.?
