My husband and I went to return 2 purses he bought online and the clerk was nice to that point. She then told my husband that she could not credit his credit card but he could get a store credit. I looked around and they basically had nothing. She then pulls a paper out of the drawer stating they do not credit PayPal purchases and stated to give store credit. My husband pulled up the website and said show me where this is on your website. Nothing, they another clerk came out and yelled at my husband saying don’t be rude. I said what !!! We want to see where it say that. She raised her voice at me. I told her she need to understand how to handle customers. Don’t go to that store. Very very nasty help.

HORRIBLE customer service. My husband purchased a MK purse from Macy's as a gift for a friend and wanted to put the purse in a MK shopping bag. The employee was rude and said sorry you have to use the macys bag these bags are for our customers only. Lol how petty and pathetic, considering MK is on the lowest tier when it comes to designer. My husband was so shocked he wanted to purchase a purse, keep the bag and return the purse right there just out of frustration. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic.

My wife and I had a fabulous first shopping experience at the Michael Kors in Roseville. John was the perfect sales associate, being knowledgable with no hint of arrogance and fun without being unprofessional. Thanks to him, a wonderful spring sale and quality merchandise that's fashionable without being pretentious -- a Michael Kors touch -- my wife left with a lovely shoulder bag she'll be proud and happy to wear on special occasions.

Went and bought my 1st Michael Kors purse. It's so beautiful, I love it!! The salesman was very nice and helpful. The store was amazing, all kinds of beautiful purses, wallets and other accessories. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Horrible and poor customer service! I had returned a cloth and received a gift card, I wanted to buy sth online, my card balance was 0$!! I called once last week, the woman could not understand the issue, after explaining several times, she said she will escalate the issue and they will contact me after 48-72 hours! No one called or resolved the issue. OI called again, the women on the line was so hasty and could barely understand the issue, and just before even recommending to handle the issue herself told me the balance is in the card and you need to go to a MK store to get the balance on card! I was like what ...!? So, what is the intention of making customer service there then?! I myself requested if she can send me a new card, she asked my address, but as she could barely understand English, I had to repeat 10 times the address, and she was so hasty to just hang up the phone! They just want your money, no customer service!!

If you see something on line you really like, and would prefer to see the item in person before ordering, there is a very strong probability the store has never seen the item and has none in stock. I won't pay $358 for a handbag I cannot see, touch, and try.

Have a complaint about product, delivery, dishonest ad. Doesn't matter whether you call, e-mail or visit store; You will get no resolution or satisfaction. They are that bad on customer service.

I went to this store a few days ago. Very clean and organized. I was shopping for a gift, but the names of the 3 bags were not recognized by the sales associate. I was basically just told to look around and look at tags. Aside from off the top of her head, no other attempt at figuring out the list I brought was made by the associate. I wish I would've received suggestions or more help in selecting a gift. I was the only customer in the store, when I walked in, but felt kind of disregarded. I just went home and ordered online.

Horrible customer service! Their system changed my order, so what was in my order confirmation was different than what was in my cart when I confirmed. Weird, but I figured just cancel the order quickly. Nope! I was not allowed to cancel or alter the order in any way, even though it was their system glitch. I reached out first via email, did not receive any response. Then, used chat which was completely unhelpful, and the customer service rep told me I had to call to reach a supervisor. The customer service rep was rude and I am holding for over an hour waiting on a supervisor.
