I chose Starbucks coffee with cream this morning. They even offered me a discount for first time visit. They still give you a free car wash. Pedro set everything up as I wanted synthetic oil for the vehicle. Make this your stop for your cars needs! They even cleaned the windows!”

“This review is mainly for Steve (their Tire installer). He is a little brunt, but extremely honest. He has replaced tires on 4 of our vehicles, and done an excellent Job. He even noticed on one that the tires I had ordered were all damaged, and pointed it out before installation, so that we could exchange them for good tires. He also is very sharp and follows your instructions with precision. Steve also is good about replacing the valve stems, which is extremely important on our pre-TPMS vehicles. As for the customer service experience with the phone line (good luck getting an employee), and the folks who check you in are slow if you can even find one--same with checkout & vehicle pickup. I haven't used Walmart for any other vehicle services, but the conventional wisdom is that if you do take your vehicle to a quick lube place, you only take it there for lube changes, so that when they over torque your drain plug bolt or forget to fill your oil you can show it was not another shop's fault.”

“Buying a car is a pain.You need a negotiator and a attorney.My wife always makes me go with our kids when they are Buying a car because she says that they need a $%#@% to go with them . I always have to deal with a bunch of B S to deal with from car dealers. The Roseville auto mall is a good place for lots of choices . The trick is to get the dealers fighting against each other for your business.Bring a few red bulls and tell those guys to kick rocks if they don't give you what you want. Walk out of the building a few times and see how they give you what you want.Buying a car is a headache for sure but don't give in.Have a great day everyone.”
