“I cannot recommend this Maaco location highly enough.
I shopped around town quite a bit before deciding to bring my truck here, and the difference was night and day. While other shops felt transactional, this team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and fair with their pricing.
This was a massive job: a full paint job including the area between the bed and the cabin, all four door jams, restoring the plastic trims, and fixing several dents I had highlighted during our initial walkthrough.
You can tell this team truly cares about the quality of their work because they understand that their craftsmanship is their best marketing. It was very clear they weren't just looking to finish the job, they genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with the final result. To sum it up they were easy to work with, highly collaborative, and had absolutely zero ego throughout the entire process (which is the main thing I look for nowadays).
I also want to express my appreciation for what Maaco does for vehicle owners. It’s easy to dismiss a vehicle once the paint starts to fade, even if it’s mechanically perfect. While many shops only take on high-rate insurance work, Maaco provides a way for us to preserve our vehicles long-term, making them look as good on the outside as they perform on the inside. If you want to breathe new life into your vehicle, this is the place to go.”

“If your car is in need of auto body work, do yourself (and your car!) a favor and bring it to Auernig. I took my vehicle to the shop after my car was struck in an accident and felt cared for and informed during every step of the repair process.
Rob and team were generous with their time and clearly laid out what I could expect from repairs. Did I ask a ton of question? You bet I did. Did Rob patiently answer every one of those inquires? Yes, yes he did. I’m no car expert, but I walked away knowing exactly what the team would be doing, what they’d look out for, and trusted that my best interests and safety were top of mind.
When I picked up my car post-repairs it truly looked better than ever. I’m so glad I found Auernig. While I’m hoping to avoid needing to repair my car in the future, should the need ever arise, it’s great to know there’s a shop I trust.”

“Replaced the starter on a 2003 Honda Accord V6 with O'Reilly's lowest price version. William tested it, and the old one. But the test stand showed that the replacement starter was only engaging with the engine flywheel halfway. Which means that even if the replacement starter would have worked for a while, it could have easily caused a premature failure, by not fully meshing with the gear teeth on the flywheel as designed. So he found another replacement that did fully engage. Without William doing that extra testing, this probably have been a much more expensive and time-consuming failure in short order. THANK YOU!!!”

I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name, but he tested my battery on 7/20/2026. And yes it definitely needed replacing. Which he took time away from front counter to switch out and install the new battery I purchased!
As we popped the hood up, he also immediately noticed another serious situation with my engine. A major leak with the power steering. Hose was leaking and belt was shot and fluid was being sprayed over the engine. Definitely noticeable!
Thank you to this kind gentleman for guiding and directing me to where I could also have repairs done immediately.
I truly believe if not for his quick response to the seriousness of the situation to my car and engine, I may not have made it back to my home with out a major breakdown of my car!
Thank you again to this gentleman- an earth angel in true form and a 10 star staff to your store!
