I've been a customer since 2009. I still have mail delivered here even though I've moved out of town, because they have the BEST customer service EVER! The old owners were great and the current ownership is even better. The girls in front are AMAZING!!!

The girl working today has to take care of her personal calls, or so it appeared before assisting customers. In addition, she makes you feel like you're a bother. She does NOT deserve the job security. So bummed. Good thing there's another UPS drop off not far. Will NEVER set foot in this place with their atrocious customer service again.

Buyer Beware!!! I sent a package with the most economical option. It was the USPS Priority option. This option cost me $36.35 The two ground options for UPS and FedEx were actually more.
Being said all of this, priority is considered a 2-3 delivery. The package got there in 6 days. They charged for faster delivery time and the package got there later than ground usually does. This does not make sense to me.
I called to explain my concern and the representative that I spoke to was not helpful at all. I don’t think my issue was something for the rep to take personal.
I will never go back! Just go to the source to send your package!!! Sad!!!
