I arrived close to 5:00pm. I asked of a gentleman who was working there that I only had a urinalysis test for Drugs, and I didn’t have an appointment. Despite it was close to 5:00 pm he extremely kindly agreed to check in me. It was an unforgettable moment he made for me. Thank you sir!

The phlebotomist, Denise, who took care of me was very compassionate, thorough, and explained everything she was doing. I made an appointment in the Quest app and was seen 10 minutes late after my appt time. No biggie. Overall good experience.
