Made an appointment to drop off labs. Checked in. There is only one person working, both doing paperwork and lab work. That employee is moving at snails pace, with a bad attitude. I have been here for 20 minutes, and only one person has been served, so far.

It is so nice to go to Quest in Roseville Office, they always greeting you with smile and professional, I went in and out in no time GREAT WORK!!!

I love this location. I always schedule an appt online and as soon as walk in they call me in the back. I've never had a bad experience.

Had an appointment and did self check in. Barely any other people there and was in and out. The lady just talked so fast I could barely understand her and gave me a pretty good bruise from the blood draw.

Staff needs to be held to a certain degree of professional standard. This location is supposed to open at 7AM. The first staff arrived at 7:05 and the second staff even later. The clinic remained locked as they were still doing their morning routine. As soon as the registration staff opened the door, she mumbled with an attitude saying "Those without an appointment are not guaranteed!", making a customer without an appointment feel like "you're not welcome here!". There were 3 customers at around 7:15 and everybody has completed the kiosk registration. Instead of ensuring that customers are attended to and that labs are drawn quickly, the 2 staff decided to chit chat at the registration area. If you're late for work and arrived with customers already waiting outside because they took the time to come in on time, the least a staff can do is smile and apologize. They were not even making the slightest effort to make it quick and easy. They're wasting people's time with their unprofessional attitude and behavior. Is the company even monitoring their punctuality and productivity? We've been to other Quest labs before and this location is the worst so far. Their video advertisement says "Be kind to front staff." Kindness, respect and courtesy go both ways. There"s also a bright colored sign inside the lab that says "We Welcome Walk-ins". If this location is even serious about this, the staff should make the patients feel welcome. Repeatedly announcing with an attitude and frowning face "if you do not have an appointment, it's not guaranteed!' Is certainly not welcoming.

I went there for lab work without an appointment. I arrived at 10:35 am and even though only 2 or 3 people in waiting room, I was told that my blood wouldn't be drawn until after their lunch break.They close their office & lock the doors at 11:00 am daily. For me, this is extremely inconvenient and I don't intend on using a Quest Lab in the future.

Horrible. I had fasted for my labs, came on the morning of my appointment just to find a sign outside the door that said this office is closed due to a maintenance issue (They had send an email AFTER my scheduled appt to notify me). Made another appointment which was two weeks out, fasted, again, just to be told that they did not have orders for me in the system (which I know my doctor did send). I went to get the orders printed out as advised, came back 20 minutes later and they told me I had to be treated as a walk in. Waited 30 minutes and ended up leaving for the second time without my blood drawn. They only have 1 person in to check people in and draw the labs so you can imagine how behind everyone's appointments are. By far the most HORRIBLE experience I have had.

Horrible experience! Don’t come here. I made an appointment for 7:30 am. They texted me at 7:00 am confirming my appointment at 7:30 am. When I got there, the place was closed! One note on the door saying: sorry we are closed for maintenance. And after that at 7:34 am I received a text saying that my appointment was canceled for building maintenance. Are you serious? This is not acceptable,

Do not EVER go here without an appointment. They make ZERO effort to get you in. There were no appointments available for a week out and I needed my bloodwork done before that so I went in as a walk in 3 TIMES this week. The first time I waited an hour and a half before they announced that some worker had left for a "family emergency " and that they wouldn't be able to get anyone in before lunch (which was still an hour and a half away)! Mind you this is after I had been fasting all morning!! Then I try again today on a Friday and the receptionist announces that anyone on a wait list WILL NOT get in at all today because they schedule 2 appointments every ten minutes!! Horrible customer service at this location. They chit chat with patients at length about random chatter unrelated to health care and keep patients with appointments waiting too. GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS LOCATION!! These people obviously hate their job.

The lady at the front desk had a HORRIBLE attitude. Was no help in assisting to make an appointment and generally just no help. Hire a new front desk girl. Shes not it. Also.. hire more people. You cant even see anyone for weeks at any location. They are a MESS.
