I have been shopping at RC Willey for 20 years and the delivery team never disappoints, they have excellent customer service! Unlike their competitors, they always make sure you are satisfied with the placement of furniture before just leaving. They are also friendly like they know you. It makes you feel comfortable having them in your house. Thanks for 20 years of excellent customer service!

The RC Willey Roseville team did a terrific job delivering, installing, and hauling away appliances. This is no surprise; my prior positive experience with their delivery/installation team was why I chose to shop at RC Willey again!

We bought a Bosch dishwasher ONLY 2 years ago and it stopped drying our dishes a few months ago. You pay all this money for what? Rip off. Picture is from AFTER a wash.

Sales personnel are more knowledgeable and respectful than those at Delta Shores. I drove all the way to Roseville from Elk Grove after my last 2 experiences at Delta Shores. I felt like I was being accosted by a desperate used car salesman.

Ordered a loveseat and chaise
Waited over a month
Delivery drivers brought 2 loveseats
Instead.
And asked me if that is ok.
I said no and so disappointed with
Poor customer service.
Bought several items from this store in the past.
NOT ANYMORE.

Excellent customer service! The young man who helped me at the furniture pick up warehouse was very polite and professional. I’ve bought most of my furniture from RC Willey and will continue to make future furniture and appliance purchases too.

Just visited the distribution center to return an item. When I arrived two employees were sitting on a couch doing nothing. At least one other customer was waiting outside for an item. My husband and I waited for them to come outside to pick up our return after 10 minutes we took the item inside ourselves. The two employees who were on the couch got upset with us for coming inside. They were so rude. We won’t return to this store.

RC Willey's delivery personnel are disrespectful, hostile, combative, lowlife SOB's I have ever encountered!! I had a high end washer and dryer delivered to my brand new home today and my day was going fine until I asked these delivery creeps to put on shoe covers, that I was providing. Right off the bat, in a rude tone, the shorter guy said "we don't wear shoe covers." I then requested he remove his shoes. He refused! He claimed it's a"Slip Hazard." B******** I thought! I told him he would need to clean up the areas he walked in. He rudely said, "I'm not cleaning your house." The little guy was a j*** but the bald skinny taller guy with the raggedy beard was over-the-top belligerent and disrespectful towards me and my home. He started taking pictures and walking in my carpeted bedroom with his dirty a** shoes. I asked him to get off the carpet because he didn't need to be there but he continued to stand on my new carpet taking BS pictures with his phone. I got mad and told them both to get out of my house but the taller guy remained defiant and wouldn't leave and he started to throw insults and become threatening as if he wanted to "Throw-Down" right inside my house. Their behavior was very inappropriate, disgusting and unprofessional. I've had other furniture delivered to my home just days prior from Z Gallery and Crate and Barrel and their guys were polite and didn't hesitate to wear shoe covers or remove their shoes. It was a very pleasant experience. Not at RC Wiley though. And these creeps had on the dirtiest shoes, too. I will never shop RC Willey again!!!
