Nobody is ever shopping in this store. Too expensive! I don't think this area is ready for the high prices, lots of young families that work hard for their money and the prices are ridiculous. I remember many years ago the Palo Alto store was so different, they had a section of really fun affordable gadgets and nostalgic reproduction radios etc. The store was always crowded especially at Christmas time, just a fun place to shop. Now you walk in it's all very expensive furniture with Snooty employees. How much longer will this store last? Not long I hope.

I had the pleasure of working with Sahar at this location, and she was extremely responsive and professional throughout the process. She went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered. Would definitely order with her again!

Come on really?! Fairly expensive stuff and just found out made in CHINA! Did a little research and found out 35-40% of RH's stuff is made in China. Not what you're expecting when you purchase one of their made to order furniture pieces. When the furniture arrived and the box said "Made In China" I was like that must be just the packing boxes and materials but sure enough with a little research found out the piece was. Unreal... not a huge fan of China to begin with but in general if you're going to charge around the same $ for your pieces as Ethan Allen and Bassett you should build in America like they do. Very little comes from overseas at Ethan and nothing for Bassett.

I was shopping yesterday at Restoration Hardware and a very kind and delightful young man by the name of Emmanuel helped me. He was professional with a gentle manner. Good experience there.

This store employs some of the most "Ill Mannered" sales staff I've ever seen. We went into the Roseville Z Gallery to find a temporary Wall piece for our home. We were ignored by one sales associate which was ok since we had not found the right item yet, then as we were moving towards the other end of the store there was a female employee who scurried up to my wife and I like a little rat and shouted you have to get out, our store is closed then started to raise her voice indicating that she and/or her associate forgot to lock the doors which I found funny since we had been looking for something that peaked our interest for more than just a minute! Erratic but not unusual behavior by the people who work for this store chain: the store in the Santana Row Center in San Jose California has the same problem. For those who love this store we wish you well as for us we'll continue to use other resources

I must say... these employees have no eye for design. I'm sorry but if I know more thank you... that's a problem so I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't understand how you can design my space if you don't see it for yourself especially if I'm paying top dollar. They're all merely interior decorators but will only use their own stuff. I told them exactly what I want... then I was presented with something that missed the mark by a few acres. I'm sorry but you've wasted my time and energy. I'll take my business elsewhere and suggest everyone else do the same. Please, when you say customize, deliver on that. When I say a certain style and you give me completely not that style... rethink your career. All of you.

I was already in the area to visit Z Gallerie and Pottery Barn and so decided to visit Restoration Hardware too (which is actually right next to Pottery Barn). While I liked Restoration Hardware more than Pottery Barn, I still was not a fan and thought the prices were too high for me even to take seriously. I'm not sure exactly how much money you have to make to shop here, but it's definitely more than I make. They seem to offer a lot of customizations here where you can pick the fabric you want and have the furniture made to order. I also noticed that all of the couches were very low profile/lower to the ground and that the coffee tables had no legs and were like a square block. I thought that was interesting and definitely took note. I actually prefer to have furniture be more raised up whether it's my kitchen table, my bed, or even my couch were I can recline and lift up my legs. So while low profile furniture might be in style, I don't think it's a style I'm interested in adopting right now. I'm happy that I went to the store to take a look, but I don't see myself buying anything from here.

Always find something interesting in this location. Some designers are friendly and helpful and some are too busy on their screen to acknowledge you.

I have officially given up on trying to get service at the Roseville store. I was there on Tuesday only to be pointed to the item I was shopping for. They never leave their chair. So I drove 2 hours to corte madera and spent over $12,000.00 I'm still shopping but not at the Roseville store since they are too busy to wait on customers. Kudos to corte madera for treating customers like they are welcome and happy to help.

I have spent quite a bit of time in RH Roseville over the last couple years and have always worked with wonderful client service representatives, received great advice and had a top-notch delivery experience. There are times when I have had to wait for the client service representatives to complete their current project before spending time with me on my project, but they have always greeted me with a hello and quickly finished what they are working on. Jason, Jessica and Nicolette are top notch. I highly recommend spending the time with a member of their design team to create you home project.

We have been in search of a sectional and other furniture and home decor. Came into this store for the first time and was disappointed in the poor customer service. There was at least four employees working during our visit to the store and not one person even greeted or acknowledged us. They avoided eye contact most the time and seemed annoyed at people in the store. Btw, there was only 2 other customers in the store while we were there so they were definitely not too busy to ask if we needed help.

Everything up to getting information about when things were going to be delivered was great. This post has nothing to do with the time it has taken to get our special order table as I completely understand the delay with COVID. It has everything to do with the right and left hand in deliveries not knowing what's going on in their own building. Numerous phone calls that we were told would be returned were not. We had to call to ask why nobody was returning calls. The follow up from them was nonexistent. I will not be ordering from RH ever again due to this and have already canceled my membership. It is unfortunate as they appear to make nice stuff. No excuse not to return customer inquires....we pay the bills.

As soon as walked in I was treated and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. They had hand sanitizer all over the store and were taking all precautions seriously. Love this store!
