Do not buy Toyota Mirai. They got me trapped in this car for years. I couldn't sell the car because I couldn't pay it off. Such trouble to get gas and super expensive at best. $140.00 every two weeks to get anywhere. I tried to have them take it back and they refused even though it's working the week. I was stranded multiple times and to get the money back was so difficult. Plus the from bumper dropped. Never ending saga.

I recently had the opportunity to connect with Gabriel, an amazing sales representative at Toyota Roseville, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. He demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge about the available inventory of vehicles on the lot within my budget, three preferences, and what payment I was trying to achieve. Before I walked into Toyota Roseville, I was on the hamster wheel of financing companies putting me through a cross-country scavenger hunt of what cars "They" would finance through "Their" select dealer network and when I contacted these dealers they had their own set of financing rules seriously after their requirements and what I was looking for gave me about 3 options at three different dealers in three different cities in three different states. None of which were Impressive. However...Gabe did exceed my expectations on all the levels. He played a pivotal role in the purchase of my "new-to-me" 2016 Scion FR-S. Furthermore, he was exceedingly professional and his approach demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. He was patient and attentive, and never once pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he took the time to answer my inquiries explained the financing to me, and ensured that I fully comprehended all pertinent information before signing anything. I am well aware of how challenging it was to finance me with a decent rate, I got a stack of denial letters from all the financing companies that wouldn't finance me but Gabe made it seem like it wasn't even a concern. His concern was getting me into a car that I wanted not what the finance company wanted. In light of my experience, I would confidently refer Gabe to anybody even thinking of buying a car, especially if you think you can't afford it, have no credit history, no down-payment, or whatever barrier it is that YOU "think" you have, to visit Gabe, he will make it happen. Had an appointment for a oil change, I was there for 3.5 hrs total. 2 hrs into my wait they informed me that I had a nail (supposedly) and that it could not be fixed. I was told that the tire was $345.00 I asked where the nail was located. Couldn't tell me asked if I could go look at the tire Nope customers are not allowed in the back! Truck had 3700 miles and the tire wasn't leaking..hmmm This definitely is not Sullivan Toyota anymore. Enjoy the $ 650.00 you made off of 1 bogus(I believe) tire sale and oil change...NEVER AGAIN FOR ME OR MY FAMILY!! Whole situation doesn't pass the smell test!! BEWARE AND SMARTER THAN I WAS

I came in just wanting to look and figure out what I wanted. An older sales man approached me and asked if I was going to buy I responded not today and without another word he turned his back to me and walked away. I was absolutely appalled by his treatment of me 10/10 would not return or recommend, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I can't express how happy I was to find Tall Joe! I spent mostly all day with him & he was AMAZING! He made me get the car I've been dreaming of he told me we are getting you in a new car and that moment I knew he was gonna take care of us! Zach and him worked together to get me the car at an amazing price with all the nice fancy features! I have already told like 4 of my friends who now want to take me with them to get a new car!

Big shoutout to Sohail & Zack at Roseville Toyota. These guys are amazing. Thanks to them my husband was able to purchase a brand new 2024 Toyota Camry for a great price. He surprised me for my birthday. He said their customer service was excellent. We will definitely be purchasing another car with them in the future. So in love with my new car. I highly recommend Roseville Toyota, and ask for Sohail or Zack to help with your next purchase.

Can't just sell you a car. If you ask for the car with no markup, they have to sell you paint protection, scratch protection, chip protection, glass protection. They might as well sell sex protection Can't just sell you a car

We brought our car in to get serviced because it was having an issue. We didn't have a good experience at first, but we're still giving this location 5/5 because of Mike Ortiz. We explained what was making us unhappy about our experience and he went above and beyond to make it right. For this reason alone we would come back. Thanks Mike!!!

Came in on Easter Sunday to purchase a vehicle paying cash. To my surprise every person that we came in contact were RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! First sales agent had us walking through out 3 lots and couldn't even find the vehicles that were posted on their website. That agent handed us off to another agent Victor without even informing us. This other agent stated that the other guy handed us to him because we weren't serious, like are you kidding me?! They made us fill out a credit check even though the transaction was clearly stated that it would be in cash. While waiting no water was offered. They only were offering food and water to people who were purchasing new vehicles. Right when I was getting up to leave one of the managers I believe his name is Zach, informed me to wait that he would work something out. I should've just left and gone somewhere else. Somewhere where they would've appreciated our cash purchase. We have never been treated so poorly and disrespected as we were treated this day by both sales agents and managers. After we made the purchase they came and informed us that the car was being detailed and that they couldn't fill up the gas tank because we weren't purchasing a new vehicle. They had us waiting for 5 hours and they never detailed the car. The car was left with paperwork from the previous owner. The inside was disgusting! I have posted pictures. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ROSEVILLE TOYOTA, go to another dealer to make your purchase. They do not value any customer that makes purchases on used vehicles. I called spoke to another manager asked us to bring the vehicle to get detailed and guess who assisted us Zach (rude and sarcastic) just so that he can tell us that they were only going to wash and not clean inside that they don't do $1000 detailing. When the car was ready it was never washed or detailed on the inside. If I could return the vehicle and get my money back I would without a doubt. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with the service and manager including sales agents.
