I have been coming here for a long time and only 2 of the techs are friendly. There is a female pharmacist who has a horrible attitude and is extremely rude. I once brought back my medication bottle because my prescription was mixed with a medication that I do not take. I explained how dangerous this was and instead of apologizing, the pharmacist accused me of lying. I didn’t ask her to replace my missing medication, I simply asked her to check the cameras. She had the worst attitude and now smirks at me and makes a sarcastic “let me check your medication “ mark when I am there. Yes, please do check them!! You’re supposed to anyway!!

This post is not related to this pharmacy, rather pharmacists in general. I just heard yet another story of a friend of a friend son dying of Fentanyl poisoning. According to the mother, the pharmacist refused to fill her sons prescribed Opiate at 28 days even though his physician had approved it. The son began withdrawing so he called a "friend" who knew how to get some pills to help get him through the two days he had to wait. He bought 4 pills to help get him through withdrawal for the next 2-days. His mom found him dead the next morning...he had three pills left. This kid is dead and gone from one pill....I wonder if pharmacists realize they're a part of the problem?

Oh please don't use this pharmacy!! They lie and are so incompetent!!! There are other and better ones. If I hadn't moved from Land Park back to the Roseville area, I would still be using the Safeway Pharmacy at Crocker Drive in Curtis Park.

Used the Rocklin Safeway Pharmacy for over 10 years. Dale, Steve and the gang we just unbelievable. Knowledgeable, compassionate and they knew YOU and everyone who used this pharmacy. Moved closer to the Sunrise store and moved our refills to this pharmacy. Bad, sorry there is a nice male Pharmacist there, but the rest of the staff and the female pharmacist is void of emotion, and acts like you have to be there. Switched to Sierra College Safeway. We shall see, but anything will be an improvement. Sorry but they really are not interested in service. Sad

Rude and incompetent people in the pharmacy. Ask me my personal information why I need my medication. None of their business. They are pharmacists not doctors. The rest of the store is excellent. The pharmacy is a joke. Hardly have anything in stock ever.

This afternoon my husband went to the Safeway on sunrise and Cirby. It was announced around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon that their computer system went down and everything had to be paid by cash. He was already in line with his groceries and he looked at his wallet and had $215.00. his grocery bill came up to $218.38. Monica, his checker, opened up her purse and pulled out $3.38 to complete his transaction. Safeway should be very proud to have employees like Monica. My husband thanks you very much Monica. We will definitely pay it forward. Good job Safeway in hiring wonderful people.

I ordered 50 pieces of chicken from the deli. All the staff working were so friendly. The chicken was ready and hot when I arrived. The chicken was crispy and cooked to perfection. I appreciate all the effort the staff made, to ensure I walked away not only with great tasting food, but a great experience too.

The staff at Safeway in Roseville off Cirby and Sunrise are amazing. I stopped by to check out some flowers and my son brought with him a small ball of aluminum foil. I was looking at prices and deciding what I should do for a future wedding event. My son loses his aluminum foil ball that he started working on at school and was trying to make it as big as a basketball. It was too high for us to retrieve. My son is 11 years old and he is in junior high. We were not sure if we were going to be able to get it back because it was in an area that required a ladder. A very tall ladder. My son was in a huge panic and was crying because his teacher seen this aluminum ball that he started and had told him if he were to make this ball into the size of a basketball she would make him cookies. My son was very upset over this little ball. Tony and Kristen came to the rescue in the flower department. Tony kept my son very calm and explain to him everything will be okay and reassured him that they were going to help him. Kristen reassured him as she ran in snatched a ladder and produce employee Joseph. Joseph grabbed the ladder and helped Kristen retrieve this little aluminum foil ball that was about the size of a baseball. they could tell how upset he was. It was the team effort that really made us feel at home with this location. They all reassured my son that everything will be okay. They retrieved the ball and Joseph even went out of his way to buy my son Isaiah a whole roll of aluminum foil out of his own pocket money. It is moments like these that make our hearts grow. This is our number one Safeway. I will recommend you guys to all of our family and friends because it's the experience that you guys give us. Thank you guys again. Very poor customer service. Went to the floral department to get a bouquet of flowers wrapped, no one was there so I pressed the button they have to call someone for help. No one came for about 5-10 minutes. Then I read a sign that was sitting on the counter that said "Sorry we missed you, please see someone in Customer Service for help". Thinking that okay maybe they can call someone in the store that can help me or maybe employees that work in customer service can help me I go to customer service and no ones there. There was a gentleman standing in front of me that had waited for a while as well. Finally this blonde boy walks up to customer service to help and as he's walking away I ask if there was any chance he could call someone to help me in floral. He looks at me annoyed and says "there's no one in floral". So I asked "there's no one in the entire store that can help me with wrapping a bouquet?" He goes "nope" and walks away. Maybe for a busy store and during the holidays, you should either train someone on every shift in wrapping a bouquet of flowers, or schedule accordingly! Or at least show some remorse when you don't have a service that your corporate office provides you to offer to customers!
